This is a. Fraud person stating he is from the. Irs

Said they were from irs, threatened me but i know for a fact i do not owe taxes so it has to b a scam.

The guy refers to himself as "Justin Williams", but clearly has a masked Indian accent.  Not convincing at all.  It's a scam.  Stay away from it and don't bother returning his call.

Should I Report This To The Cops?

I got a call from JustIn Williams and he said he was from the IRS....SCAM....  Indian accent tried to hide it..  They are FISHING for your information.  STAY AWAY!!!

This is a scam the IRs does not call you they send a letter.

As a former IRS employee I can assure you that the IRS WILL NOT CALL YOU, they will contact you by mail and have YOU call THEM. This call is a SCAM, "Justin Williams" are or anyone else who calls in this same manner are simply trying to frighten you by using words like "tax crime investigation" and the empty threat that if they don't hear from you or your attorney then...then what? They say good luck? That's not how the IRS works. PLEASE do not give these people any information, and report this phone call. You can get legitimate phone numbers at irs.gov and contact legitimate people who can help you if you think you have a tax issue. Again, they will not call you looking for info, don't worry: they already know what they need to know. DO NOT GIVE ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION to "Justin Williams" or any people calling you. They will attempt to seem legitimate and professional, to lure you into believing your info is safe. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM.

Rec'd same call from Justin Williams with definite Indian accent. He repeated his msg but never said who the call is for. I wrote down name and number but did not call. I remembered what someone told me regarding a similar call. Once you call back then that opens the way for them to get your social security  and other important information.
Always check these out first either online or call authorities if you are unsure.

Received a phone message from someone who identified himself as Justin Williams.  It was threatening and obviously not a legitimate call.  I am concerned with elderly people who may be frightened by this and will return the call.

Says call from IRS and that I or attorney should call back. Said "Do not ignore this call or I wish you luck in what is to unfold against you". Sounded like a call center in the background. Caller sounded Indian and said his name was Justin.
