October 15, 2013.  Called twice (7:20PM and 8:31PM).  Caller ID display showed "Out of area".  We're on Do Not Call and are getting bombarded with these unwanted calls.  

Dead air when I first answered, then someone came on the line.  Said he was calling from a pharmacy, but from the manufacturing division, so they could offer me 70% off medication.  He asked what prescriptions I was on - I, of course, declined to tell him anything.  He was insistent that I would save 70%, but I ended the call.

866-780-9176 getting harassing and threatening calls from this number claiming to be a law firm named Walter Dixon & Assoc. They have all of my info but refused to give their contact info.

646 810 1121 getting harassing calls.. No one picks up when called back. Weird voicemail.

Guy called said his name was Jack... asked to speak with the man of the house...at first couldn't understand him...was very loud in background...a lot of background noise (other ppl talking) then got that out...when I said no man lives here, he hung up... concerned... not thinking I should not have given that info out...

Also received a call from "Jack".  He asked to speak to my husband.  He claimed to be Jack Cruz from US Pharmacy.  I told him to kick rocks & blocked the number

Caller ID from NY, USA. Answered and he said he was from a pharmaceutical company. Talked about cialis and asked to talk to my husband. I told him to put me on his Do Not Call list and he hung up.

Guy said he was from Microsoft and got reports that my computer downloaded some corrupted files and wanted me to verify my computer number so that he could make sure he was looking at the right one. And that as a certified Microsoft office user that he could help me. Uh, no thanks, goodbye.

Good for you.  As you realised this person had nothing to do with Microsoft or its partners, who would never 'phone.  The number he would have given you and which you would have found on your machine, is the Windows Licence Number and is the same on all computers, worldwide, which run Windows!  This scam has been widely exposed on Consumer programmes in the UK and there is a warning on the Microsoft website.
