This was a phone number associated with ADY Spotify USA who fraudulently billed me $9.99 for a service I have never signed up for and never even knew what it was. A quick web search revealed that a lot of people seem to have been defrauded in this way. This phone number was provided to me by my credit card company

I was defrauded by "ADY*Sporify USA 646-837-5380" for taking the amount of $9.99 from my credit card. Searching through the website by its phone number, I realized that I am not the only victim of the same incident. I believe that it is the beginning of their scam to take $9.99 from your account, if no action is taken, a big scam will come after you. For the best of your protection, please report the incident to your credit card company immediately.

Same thing, they fraudulently charged my debit card for $9.99.  I subscribe to a premium music service through my service provider and billed through them, NOT THESE PEOPLE. This is a scam.

My son signed up for this monthly service and they have just taken 9.99 out of my account two times today. I have told my son to cancel this service and now have to change my debit card number-this sucks. I tried to call the number but cannot get a live person on the line only to leave a message for ext 700.

You guys are lucky. They took 29.99 from my credit card. Luckily i got the bank to give me a new card and a refund.

Yes it is a fraudulent charge, so how do I stop it from happening again?? What's the next step?? I notified Spotify and my bank.. What do I do now??

My son did the same thing and no matter what time of day I call, no one answers the phone. I tried to cancel through their website but it doesn't allow me. Any suggestions?

Call your bank and dispute the charge.  This is not Spotify, it is a scammer.

Good 2 hear that i am not the only 1 that thinks this is BS. Taking money from people without asking really really. Will hope u got a better results then i did. Y'all company suck bad. DO NOT GIVE THEM NO BUSINESS THEY F****** SUCK....

These [***] just took 9.99 out of my work paycard. I can't afford it. That was the last of my money. I called ADP who owns my card and I have to wait 7 days before they will do anything!!!!!!! HELP

I agree with the previous anonymous user. Except I was billed $119 with NO phone call or contact whatsoever, which leaves me to believe this could have been an ATM skimmer. Please exercise extreme caution when using ATM's or gas pumps.

I never got a call from this number but on may the 19th my cell went off and i had a charge for 119.88. My card alerted me. , i had a total f 41 charges on my card from all kinds of places i never heard of . One was for 640,400.00. All charges added up to a little over a million dollars, i'm highly pissed off. All theses charges was declined. . But had some money on card now working on getting it back. . But a million dollars come on. I wish i had that kind of money. Had to cancel my card.You name it.

I hadnt use my card for over a week and then thursday at 2;06 pm my cell went crazy i had 42 transaction from all kind of sites. And 2  pizza place. In different cities. Los angles and new york at the same time 2;06 pm . Alk this happen on the 1

All this happen on the 19th and my card was in my purse on bed. Hadnt use my card in over a week. I'm so pissed off right now.

Two fraudulent charges for $9.99 over 2 consecutive  months. The bank has had to cancel my debit card twice. The phone number on the transaction is not in service. VISA is the card that is allowing this to happen because it was a recurring charge. If this happens again I will close my accounts with the bank.

That is Spotify, it is not a scam, when I was refunded my money after they stole it, and it had the same damn number listed.

Spotify appeared as a 9.99 charge on my credit card. I have no idea where this came from. I did not order the service.

My teenager downloaded this APP and I am now being charged $9.99 plus tax.  I reported it immediately to my credit card company and they put a hold on my account.  The phone number listed 646-837-5380 seems to be a non-working number.  Contact Spotify via email at Support@Spotify.com and request to cancel service, request a refund, and remove credit card information ASAP.  Remove APP from phone before contacting them too and any related Credit Card information.  This is a monthly fee charged to your account unless you contact them.
