This company, clearly offshore criminals, called with a computer generated threat message purporting to be from the IRS. When I called and confronted them, they called me "[***]" and "[***]". Yep.

This number called twice said in Indonesian accent that he was from IRS!  Told them to go to hell !

I just received the same message; this time the SOB said I had committed fraud and they had issued an arrest warrant in the Federal Courthouse, How desperate are these [***] to talk to someone. If you listen closely to the message they say they are from Internal Revenue Associates. It's truly illegal for a call center rep to make false claims to get someones attention. I should know. I am an owner. So he is the actual person committing fraud as well as slander.

the idiots left a message on my voice mail.  Heavy accent hardly understandable.  Probably from Russia.  Hopefully no one will fall victim to these people.  It is getting to the point that who wants a land line.  With technology today it seems like we should be able to fine tune call blocking and or at least be able to report them and have something done about these frigging crooks.

Remember, if a governental taxing agency wants to talk with you they will send you letter(s) first...they will not telephone you initially.  Also remember, if you do receive a letter from the IRS or other legitimate taxing agency it is in YOUR best interests to respond to them.  Life will be a lot easier for you if you do.  Most of them are good people and will try to help you and work with you.  If you ignore them...it can get nasty.

These people are back again.  I get these idiots calling me every few months.  Always from a different number.  Always telling me I owe the IRS and a warrant has been issued and the sheriff will be at my door within 30 minutes.
