calling 2-3 times a day,not leaving a message

I got the same call from this number. He would not identify himself

Who are these people? Called me 4 times in less than an hour without leaving a message. I do not pick up my phone unless I know the number.

Just called...must be the same guy, because he would not identify himself and wouldn't tell me what he was calling about or where >:0

Scumbag collection agency out of Houston called United Recovery Systems.  FDCPA get lost letter on its way.

I just had a call from the same guy. It is a scam !!!!! But weird that he knows my SSN, address, Phone and My Credit Card info. He was telling me that i will get arrested if i don't make payments. This is crazy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called today, I picked up.  Person spoke very quickly, said conversation is being recorded,kept asking for personal info to "verify" my ID - SS number, mailing address, etc.  I said I won't give personal info over phone to mail me anything instead, that seems to get her flustered.  Obvious scam.  This all started when I returned my car lease 5 months ago.  Started getting calls saying I owe money but never received a single written correspondence and checked with my leasing company, my account is fine.  Scumbag scammers.  This was a new number today, I just blocked it too.
