keeps calling leaves a voicemail that all you hear is static

They called me twice today.  I answered the second time and they told me they were calling to provide college information.

This number keeps calling me and then there is no answer.  Quit callme

I'd love to be able to provide the company/person(s) who "owns" this phone number. I'd love to be able to give them my unpleasant side.
But, as it is, I'll stick to not answering calls from anyone I do not recognize. I'm afraid that's about all we do ourselves.

However, if enough of us wrote down the precise time(s) they've been called, authorities are well within the law to look into this number and its purpose. Who knows what is the latest scam?

This one surely IS a con: No company name, no response on their part when call is answered, and they do not leave messages when calls are not answered.

At least 2 calls a day for the past 4 days. Never a message. That's what voice mail is for!

This company on my caller ID (NEW York  NY) has been calling calling the past 4 weeks and not leaving any messages. I finally answered and a young lady expresses she is calling for a response to college information. No one in my home request any college information. I think this is a scam and the proper authorities need to investigate this phone number.

They called twice so far never leaving a message. I havent picked up yet, because i was never with my phone when they called. They need to stop!

A guy with a bad accent asked for a ???Michelle Angstrom????  I said wrong # then he tried to persist with "let me explain"  I said wrong # and take off list and hung up

I RECEIVED an abusive call from this number attempting to get my information and sell me on education. The caller would NOT get off the phone even when I told them to cease calling me. The caller ID came up as IVP.

The person called me over and over. It really started to freak me out. Someone really needs tell them to stop messing with people. They scared me. HUH. Freaks.

I have gotten a call 6 times so far, and every time i sent them to voicemail, they don't leave a voicemail. I wasn't sure if it was a landline or a cell number, so i texted the phone asking who it is and i got nothing back. but anyway, 6 times, first time being at 9:26am, 2nd at 10:34am, the 3rd at 11:36am. the 4th at 12:57pm. the 5th at 1:57pm and the 6th at 2:57pm. and i'm sure i will be getting another one close to 4 o'clock. who the hell is this and why do they keep calling?

This is a warning to 6468847021 cease and desist these calls to people or you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

I have gotten 3 calls just today from this number. When I called it back just wondering who it was it went straight to music like you were on hold. Very odd

A lady from my church sent an email about a "free" Dell laptop computer.  On the second email, I followed the link.  Told the system that I used facebook everyday and was quailified for the laptop.  Answered a bunch of questions, then at the final section was required to choose two items.  At the first item, I realized that they required my credit card number.  That was when I closed out of the screen.  This was three days ago.  I usually only get about five junk emails a week.  Within 24 hours, I had 10.  This morning, I had 52 junk emails!  This number called me the afternoon, I was tricked into applying for the free laptop.  Now they just called me again.  This time, I answered the phone and told them to never call me again.  When I asked for the name of the company, the foreign sounding man, hung up.   (So far, I have sent two emails warning all the women that I know at my church and so far the woman that it supposedly came from has not replied back.)

Didn't answer the unrecognized number; phone shows (4) calls from same number but no messages left.
