This is a "scam" call.  The man does not identify himself, and is threatening with the "irs subject".  Do not respond to him.. He also mentioned that the contact person shall be "mak jones".  A typical scam  call!!!

Scam call.  Caller states he is with the IRS and this is an automatic call instructing you to call another number.  If you don't, he states there will be serious consequences.

I have received several  calls from this number. They leave a voicemail in broken English explaining that there is an IRS judgment against me. The message then stated I should call back immediately to clear up the situation, when I called they told me I was going to be arrested within two hours  if I didn't clear up the situation immediately. I asked them who is going to arrest me, and I was told that my local sheriff would be at my house within two hours.  total scam, but I'm not sure what thereafter !?

This is not the  IRS . Do not call this number back I reported the number to the FBI and the local sheriffs office . You can email the number and keep a copy of the voice mail and send  to spam@uce.gov.. They will look into it and do the job. This is a scam.

This person called multiple times and left a message with the 646-934-8657 number saying he was from the IRS and if I or my attorney does not call back....well then, he pities me and the outcome.  What a turkey!
