Got a call from this so called collection agency.

got a call from this person stating they were an attorney and I need to to return their call or actions would be taken. Said felt sorry for me if I did not return the call. that he was just trying to do me a favor.  the phone number listed for the call was 666-498-2493

These people have called numerous times.. They sound Middle Eastern, but claim their names are Michael Smith or Jeff Marsh or Scott... Please, give me a break.. This company would not disclose who they were or what they were calling about... Claimed that a case would be find online against me at 3:30 pm PST. Ok dude... Well, I am federally protected by the Eastern Division Federal Bankruptcy Court, So Bring It!

BTW- I called the FTC and the FCC and reported them.

told me I was going to jail internet fraud, his name was Don Willson Att. at law

called my husband on cell and at work and said he would be arrested tomorrow for a payday loan fraud charge.

Actually the second time this has happened from these guys. Last time was 5 months ago. Both times they call me up at work (im in the military!) and tell my subordinates that I am going to be arrested the next day. Scary crap until you call them back and yell at them...the man tends to freak out and stumble over his words, especcialy when you tell him you're a law enforcement official! Hahaha

A Tom Riddere called me sounding like he was from another country and said he is from Williams Law firm and i will be arrected as of tomorrow 12/08. I asked him if he was really from a law firm then why did he call my phone private... I asked him for a call back number and he gave me 1-646-942-5380. He read me an avidated and gave some type of "case number" after i asked for it... told me i owe the company almost $1100.00. When I tried to call the number back i got a busy singal. Said he was going to contact my employer and tell them i am writing bad checks and i will be going to jail.... he told me good luck to me because i will be put in jail and i told him speak better english...

This guy called and said his name was Sam Rogers. He left a messg and didnt say what it was for, wants me to call back or my attorney off the record. He said it was very urgent and that I needed to do this for my kids! How the hell do they know I have kids? Also how did they get my cell number. This is creepy! He didnt speak good english eaither. They need to catch these people and make them pay if this is some sort of scam!I dont know what came up on caller ID but this was the number he said to call back on!

if this number calls me again it's onnn!!! I have had them call 2 years in a row talking this same [***] about a fraud and felony charges and has all my personal info to my socaial sec. # to my b-day,address, etc. I have called the police department several times and nothing seems to be done!

I got a call on my cell phone.  They left a treatening message saying that if I did not call back, I would be really sorry.  I called back and they seemed to have a lot of information about me.  Unfortunately I probably gave them some too.  They said that they would be arresting me today and asked me where I would be before 11 am.  I told them that I didn't know.

At the suggestion of a friend who is an attorney, I called the warrant division of my local police department.  They said that there was nothing in my name.  They suggested that I file a complaint.  Once I did, I called (646)942-5380.  When someone finally answered, I asked for the case number and jurisdiction.  What a surprise (not)!  They hung up the phone.  The same thing happened a second time.  I guess that they don't want to talk to me now that an attorney and the police are involved.

Got a call from a guy named Michael Smith  calims he's an attroney from a law office. I'm not very happy i wish these people will stop harassing me

Got a call from 310-492-9169 saying the same thing, Don't disregard this message and wishes me good luck as things unfold around me.  Said his name was Sam Rogers.  Obviously if there is any problem with you legally, the person leaving the message would tell you what it was about, not leave some cryptic threat.
