Yep. Sekure Card Services. Yes, indeed. Misspelled-on-purpose business names? No, thank you.

Again, today:

"May I speak to the owner?"
He's not here.
"Who would I talk to about the merchant services account?"
The owner. But he's not here.
"When would be a better time to reach him?"
We are a service industry; he's in and out all the time. Would you like to leave a message?
"No, I'll just try my luck another time."

(not said): Oh, please don't. You are NEVER EVER going to be put through to the owner. Go the hell away; you are wasting my time, the company time, everyone's time. Die.

And again today. Cameron.

"When would be a better time to reach him?"

WE WORK IN THE FIELD. And even if we didn't, you are NEVER being put through. Never.

Same as other reports.  Cold-callers from sales people.

Calls weekly- credit card company

Same as reported above.  Wants to talk to owner and doesn't want to leave a message.  In my case, however, they didn't reveal their company name.  But then again, I really didn't give them the opportunity either, since I read this already.  Love the ability to communicate on sites like this one.

Can someone please put a stop to this?   We need to keep our phones clear... and.. they interrupt office cocktail hour.

Calls same time every single day, I just hang up.  

they call everyday and i tell them the owner isnt here! i ask if they want to leave a message and of course, they say no and hang up before i can say anything else...

Keep calling over and over again.  Parasites will not stop calling!!

Horribly rude and wasting my time. Called several times today to speak to the owner, wouldn't leave message. I hung up on him and he called back accusing me of hanging up on him. You are darn right I did. Leave me alone!

same as others, but when i said "could you please take us off your list?" (like i do 30 times a day) she said "no, i don't think so"

Richard Hall # 18009150927 Ex300 comes up  as  New  York.telling me  we are  being  over  charged  etc. wants  to do  a  comparison on  our  rates  to  our  visa & master card  charges. You  are  being  over charged.  bla bla  bla. The  number  that  comes  up is 646-963-2464. he wants  to  email me information with  a follow up  call  .

Tired of this company calling all the time even when told to take us off their calling list.  This company should be reported!

They've been calling us for months. Yesterday they called five times.  The caller was so rude and said that I was "just" an assistant and she needed to speak to the owner.  I told her, as I do each day, the owner does not wish to talk to them and we are happy with our current service. I explained that I am the office manager and that I know what the office requires and to please stop calling here!  I asked them to take us off their list.  They had the nerve to call again - twice!  I asked to speak to her manager.  The supervisor came on the phone and was outraged that the owner wouldn't speak to her employee and that our rudeness was unacceptable.  I asked them to stop calling.  Who are these people?!  Why would they think this approach would work!

They say they are calling for "merchant services" but do not identify the company. I looked it up...supposedly it is Future Payment Technologies.  They are relentless.

This number calls our office number 4-5 times a week. Credit card scam phone solicitors; They've been calling us for months. Yesterday they called three times.

AGAIN today. SAME number as all the times previous, but this time, they said something like, "...with FPS..." or something like that.

I said, "With whom?" She answered with, "We're calling regarding the rate increase with MasterCard."

Whatever. Die.
