Got a phone call from this number - no one on the line.

I also had a call from them

Call from 647-247-1746. No one there and then hang up.
Called back from work and get delayed busy signal multiple times.
Area code 647 Toronto On.

These scammers like making calls on Thursday because they only work a 4 day week, so they assemble all the credit card numbers they've scammed on Friday, and they have Saturday/Sunday to splurge courtesy of..........you!  Don't answer, and if you forget and do.....just hang up.  We'll smoke them out of their caves!

Mulitple dead air messages in a short period.

647 247 1746 belongs to FIBERNETICS CORP in Toronto and another in Cambridge Ontario
The CEO is Mr Jody Schnarr
They rent Bell numbers and do auto calls for surveys and debt reduction etc--ALL SCAMS!!!!
They have many numbers and call from all over the country
Complain everytime you get one of these annoying calls

Yes, I've got numerous calls. Nobody answers. If answering machine on, they hang up.
When I pick up the phone and just listen, nobody says anything and they finally hang up.
I live in British Columbia.

Autodialer message: "Hello this is Ann from Political Opinions.  You have been carefully selected to participate in a short 30 second research survey pertaining to our nations debt crisis and for participating you will receive a free 2 day cruise for two people to the Bahamas curtesy of one of our supporters. Gratuities and a small port tax will apply.  To begin the survey, please press 1 now.  To decline the survey and be removed from our list press 9. Thank you."


Press '1', and walk away from your telephone. After 4 minutes of you wasting their time (and preventing them from calling their next target), they will hang up.

I get calls from this number several times a week, according to my caller ID. I have no business with them at all.  I am going through a difficult time in my life and don't need this.

Also got a call from this number several times int eh past week!

13 calls in the last few weeks from this outfit. Same message despite 3 different numbers from Quebec, Ont and Oregon!

Just got a call, don't anwer number w/o caller ID... researched and no known owner... live in NS and no message was left.
