647-258-1753 I've got really tired from those calls. Sometimes twice a day. Freaking morons...

647-258-1753 These morons called me 4 times a day. Can someone tell how to stop that this phone call.

I get this call from time to time.
This is a Computer Generated Calls so that they can SURVEY who you are going to VOTE for?
So they called my Niagara Falls number BUT...
#1 I don't LIVE in Niagara Falls (Internet Phone, eh?)
#2 I do not have Canadian Citizenship & CANNOT VOTE!
#3 They do not have a choice option that says YOU CANNOT VOTE
Politician TRASH my HOUSE with FLYERS AND they are TRASHING my PRIVATE PHONE that is registered on a DO NOT CALL LIST!
You can't recommend who you like if they can't RESPECT their OWN people FIRST!

I just got a call from these idiots. I just wish they would go far far away and never return. They are a nuisance.

If the authorities are not able to do anything against these idiots, nor the Bell, what can we do?
I already stopped responding to 800 numbers, now they're coming up with legitimate look alike ones.  
I figured the best is to pick the phone up and immediately hang up so they can't count as a call, because
they cannot reach the answering machine.
I'd like to know what is the best do.
