Called yesterday, no message, I called back it was busy. My number is unlisted how do they get numbers?

Answered and it went into a recording from the telemarketers who want to sell credit repair services:  it's important you contact us regarding your credit cards, etc.  I hung up.

It's a company calling to offer to help you consolidate credit card debt.  Total sham.

got a call offering low interest rates on my credit card. To complain their contact number is 1-877-969-2273

I asked how they got my number.
He asked for my name,
I asked what company he was calling on behalf of.
He asked for my name.
Since he called , told him he should know.
He said he did not do ESP.
I hung up.

I got the same call pressed 9 to go through was asked who I was Told them it didn't matter to take me off their calling list and that they were disgusting, older people answer and get all upset thinking something is wrong with their credit card... they hung up on me.. I really want to call back the upper number didn't work in my calling area any ideas?

Yet another phonecall at dinner time.  Went to voicemail - no message.  What a bunch of [***].

Recorded message: "This is Sarah. We are calling on behalf of your credit card company. There is no problem with your credit cards at the moment but it is urgent that you call us regarding your eligibility for reduced interest rates."

Unsolicited unwanted calls received from this number.

Even though I tried calling back numerous times, they never pick up, probably set up some blocks against incoming calls.

Yep.  Called the 250-658 too.

Voicemail and answering machines are all too much spam.  We killed them all here, and use Caller ID for about 90% of the value of voicemail (think about it -- unless they say more than "it's Mike;  call me" then anything but C-I-D is a waste) .  I think the only way I'd consider getting voicemail again is if I could hook a secretariat app into asterisk (the computer answering system)  and require a bypass code to get to the message part.  Dump the [***] calls otherwise.

Got this call at (250)743**** (Vancouver Island). Spoke with an assistant and told them 'politely' that we are on a do-not-call.

I just got this call today.  Didn't get to it in time and it went to voice mail; no message left.  I'm registering a complaint about it on the National Do Not Call List website.  Although from what I heard on the news recently it doesn't seem to matter.

It's random. For me, it was "car insurance has expired.." and carries on about how you can reduce your level of payments. Since I live in Saskatchewan, with government-forced insurance, it's a dead give-away scam.

I also got one a minute later for credit card change possibilities. wow. these guys are busy.

I got a call from them last night while I was at work. Called it back this morning .. and the calls are coming from a cell phone!
