The call is a recorded message from a man with a slight Chinese accent. He identifies himself as an agent of CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) and demanded that I or my attorney of record call him back at this number or the situation will unfold badly for me! Ha!

As above  2 calls today.

Just got a threatening call/recording from a Chinese man stating he was from CRS...very threatening...would like to kick his a#@!

Guy's accent was all thr place, American, Caribbean,  Asian. Wished me good luck, bless. What an idiot. Not sure what department "Officer John Parker" was from as he'd clearly started talking before the answer phone message finished 👍

Got two voice mail messages from someone who said was from Gouvernement of Canada and they had a case against me, to call them back immediatly. At first I let go, but after the third message,  I called back to ask them what they want. This person ask me if I was working and I replied I was retired since a few years. He said he was sorry it was a mistake he had the wrong phone number.

Yeah this loser also called me up and he told me that my name is registered to a certain phone number we just got the line week ago and is threatening me telling me that I'm given the revenue Canada agency wrong information and I'm going to get prosecuted for that   Then he hangs up on me canada revenue does  hang up on anybody   so I called him back to see what it's all about why you would hang up on me same guy answered sounded like he's from Pakistan he hung up on me again

May 20, 2016. Same guy called me from 647-367-1065 @ 4:20 pm and 5:55 pm. He has a Chinese accent and claims his name is John, an agent of the CRA (Canadian Revenue Agency). The message is a recording because he says the same exact thing and even if you call him a %$#*()#$ [***], he does not hesitate and continues the spiel. That's a sure sign of a recorded call. I didn't bother to offer up vulgarities on the second call given I knew it was only a recording. I get calls constantly from telemarketers even though I am on a National No-Call List, and after I call them a few choice names, I suggest they refrain from calling me again unless they are a glutton for punishment and get some sort of kick out of being called vulgar names prior to having the phone slammed down in their ear. If you are getting calls from this number (just as those above have), it's a scam. Don't let it bother you and whatever you do, DO NOT CALL THE NUMBER BACK. I am forwarding a complaint, complete with details of this latest no-call-list infringement and the proper authorities will be put on notice in regards to the matter. So, no worries. Just hang up and forget about the calls. By the way, if the Canadian Revenue Agency wants to reach you, they NEVER call you on the phone requesting any personal information. There are several samples of telephone scams with regard to the CRA and although the language may not be identical to that which you've heard, it is a scam all the same. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, there is an actual recorded call you can listen to. Mindy you, the scammer in the audio is actually speaking to the victim one-on-one rather than the pre-recorded messages we are receiving. Again, the calls from 647-367-1065 are FAKE. Please do not call the number back you are given and whatever you do, do NOT give any personal information to anyone, especially over the phone. If you are still concerned, contact your local authorities and ask them what you can do.

I think it is a scam call. Claimed to be from CRA . The call was after 6.30 PM so it is unlikely.
The guy sounded very threatening, I am sure it is a recorded message.

Called twice saying message is for "you!" Stating he's from CRA and things will unfold badly for me if I or my attorney of record don't call back.
