Claimed to be part of TD, I suspected a scam.

Same here...Got  a call about 30 min ago...TD Canada credit card

Got a call from this number. Didn't pick up .
Looks like con artists stopped using 1800  numbers and now using genuine looking numbers.
These fools have nothing better to do with their life...what a waste.

It will make our life much easy if US drones are used on these idiots instead of innocent and poor in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Same - not picking up. It's been calling nonstop, every day for the past week or so. Usually no message left.

I presume it is a telemarketer pressing internet and phone provider services. Just call block the number if you don't want to be bothered by these pests anymore.

I have been told on various occasions that this number has been looking for me. Something about TD Credit Card. I went to the bank and asked if they knew anything about it. Turns out there was nothing written on my account so they're not sure what it's about.

I asked if it was a survey, since I know someone who used to work for TD doing survey calls. They said it's a possibility.

However, I've never personally picked up this call so I'm not sure what the purpose of the call is.

Called offering a trial on credit reports from TD. Nothing wrong with my account, just a sales pitch.

Marketing ploy only.

They keep calling once or twice per day and the line is always dead the odd time i've picked it up.

They asked me to look info about Credit Alert on alertservice.ca. But for register there you need to enter your pin... I dont know... I'm not going...

These people have called me 3 times asking for a parson who is not me.
Incredibly annoying.

Received a call from this number today, claiming to be a TD rep. I regard it as a scam. Don't bother, block and forget.

i got call from this no several times.is it something to do with bad credit record?

a lady with a british accent asking for 30 days credit trail or something.

647-496-4196 keeps on calling, but i don't pick up if i dont recognize the number. if they want to talk to someone, they can leave a message. otherwise ignore any number you don't know. if you ever pick up, ask to be removed from calling list, if get more calls, ask to speak to supervisor
