Called my cell, didn't answer, no message left

I am in BC.  Machine kicked on, no message left.

called my alberta number....no message left...deleted and added to my reject list!

I also got a call from 450 477 4484 and they are harassing me also.

Got a call from this number here in Calgary.  Looks like another one I'll ne adding to my blocked list.

Recorded message: Congratulations! You won a cruise trip to the Bahamas...

Is there really no way to prevent these types of calls? even if you add this number to "rejected list", the next time there will be a call from a slightly different number...
very disappointing and frustrating... how can somebody imagine they would get your attention (and even sell you something?) when the internet is full of such complaints - people receiving unwanted phone calls...

said i won a fee trip to bahamas press 9 to get out of them calling me pressed 9... they still call!!!!

I ignored this call as it was an unknowned number to me; called it from google phone and yes, it was a SURVEYING COMPANY, which just seconds after their call, the survey had expired. Excellent.
Can they make it expired a few seconds before it dials my number?!?

Unknown number to moblie phone. Did not pick up. No message left.
My number is on Nat'l No-call list. This number has called my phone multiple times before.

Why do I need to make a long distance call to this number?
Seriously, how much can phone solicitation work? I know no one who entertains or enjoys this form of pestering!

Both Tammy and Trish are from Ispso Marketing.  They suggested pressing 9 and sending an email to be removed from all lists.  I am skeptical about sending my email address to a telemarketer who has a number without a caller ID and uses a recording promising free cruises or else lets a potential customer answer an empty line.
