Got a call from this number, picked up, nobody said anything, hung up after 3 seconds.

received a call from this # 2 times today.
Same as other complaint ... no reply on the line then hangs up.

I noticed that the call may have something to do with a Rogers Survey.  Which might make sense because we've had a lot of issues + transactions with Rogers lately.  Not sure if that's the case, or not, because I was in the middle of a call and didn't bother to answer the call (coming in from this number).

Believe that other commenter was right about this being related to a Rogers survey.  Was just dealing with Rogers admin yesterday.  The call came today and subsequently, I find a Rogers survey in my inbox today as well.  I missed the call altogether.

2 times today,  and once yesterday.  same, ringing with no one on the other side.

Same thing as above, 2 calls so far today from this number that just hang up after a few seconds of silence.

called rogers the day before and they called me today to do a survey about their service... didnt have time to go thru it...xD

I did call Rogers friday. Got got that call today (monday afternoon). No sounds, no voices, hung up in 3 seconds

I answered, and it is Rogers survey from a live agent re me regarding changes on my rogers business account yesterday afternoon. Is now a ner Rogers protocol it seams for a 'live' agent to follow up as rogers new ceo 'Guy' i forget his last name is from Vodafone Europe that operates in many countries and has a great track record of turning companies around - hence Rigers track record. So bottom line is the call is legit and is only a 4 question survey. hope this clears up any confusion

It was Rogers. They called me for a survey about my last technical support call experience.

I got the call from 647-930-2869 as well, typical 3 seconds of me saying "Hello?" and then a click, and hangup.  I also had an interaction with Rogers business yesterday, so this seems to line up.  My brief research shows that these are largely automated systems that auto-call the customer (ie. you and I), and attempt to, within a reasonable amount of time, connect you with a live operator.  If that operator is not available within the time limit, they typically hang up.  Not the most customer friendly system if you ask me, especially if you're calling to get customer feedback.
