call the wrong people all the time

Called from 650-396-8052 at 8:38AM on Nov. 26, 2011 as "PRIVATE CALLER" and did not speak. They kept silent and then hung up a whole minute later. Another lesson to never pick up the phone if the ID shows "Private Caller".

Yeah I had a missed call from them

This phone number belongs to the Northland Group out of Mountain View/Palo Alto California - where all the fruits and nuts hang lowest.

Simply tell them to "F" themsleves when you choose to take their calls, and proceed to hang up. Wreak whatever vengeance you choose on them if you live in the area as "Collections Scum" need to be unemployed before "working" in an industry like theirs.

This is the Northland group a bill collector they call and leave no messages!

Got a call from this number just a few minutes ago. I've never gotten a call from this number before so I Goggled it to see who the hell it was. My Caller ID says "Backbone Commun" and have no idea who they are. The number is from California which is equally puzzling since I don't know anyone from California! It has to be either a telemarketer or a bill collector! Damn [***] scum!

Northland Group, which has some kind of phone exchange in California, but when I called them back, they said the call was transferred to some place in India.  Thus, the Indian accents.  

This is a bill collection agency trying to collect on your debts.  The problem is that most of the time they get the names of the people they are trying to reach mis-associated with their phone numbers.  The guy I spoke to was nice & apologized and said he would take my number off their calling list (hopefully!).

They call, and they do not talk for few moment.
