I'm also another one who these IDIOTS Think they can scam!! the Key word is THINK. . . the call originally started at my work, w the threats of the same Paday Advance USA??? I requested more info, the number they gave me 1-828-305-6202, I called that # and they stated they were Not Binded??? to give me any info? that it has been handled by American Legal Processing Division- For me to contact them for further info. @1-650-993-2807 John Matthews  Sr. Officer his Badge# 151472.  He sent me a email w some of the most stupid allegations/charges listed as follows: Under Section 19 U.S.C. 7859 Violation of federal banking regulation.  Section 37 U.S.C. 2342Collateral Cheque Fraud. Section 42U.S.C. 5619 Theft by deception????? WTF I've Saved copies and would like to inform Any other Consumer About this Form of Nonsense Should not be Taken Serious And Need to Inform the Proper Authorities Too.  Thanks If ne one would like to contact me for info on this please feel free 505-435-7737
