Someone called and never leaves a message.

I.C. Systems INC. Very nasty collection agency based out of St. Paul MN. Customer service reps will try to demand that you set up a payment and when you say that you can't they write on your account that you are refusing to pay and then they proceed to get very unprofessional.

cherise...when they say that there going to write down your refusing to pay you say im not saying im refusing to pay im saying i just cant do that now and i tape all my phone calls just like you,they hate that i dealt with ic systems but they couldnt get the money from me so wamu fired them and now its encore.i do owe the money and i tell them i will pay you as soon as one of my investment houses sell.but just like you they want the money now but never got it

get calls from this number almost every day. i do not even have a credit history as I am new in the US...crazy people just ignore them..

These people are really annoying. I have asked several times to not call my number anymore and they still do. Now their calls go straight to voicemail

They keep calling asking for our daughter. We explain that she is a mentally [***] 7 year old child. They will not tell us what this is all about, or why they would want to talk to her. They just start asking a bunch of personal questions about her and we refuse to give them the answers. It is no one’s business what her address is or social security number and date of birth. We are her parents; if they will not deal with us then they will not deal with anyone in our family. We have to protect our children from slime like this.

I give absolutely no information about me especially when they ask for date of birth or ssan. I tell them they can easily be some scammer looking for an identity theft victim. Instead I tell them to send me a hard copy of what they claim to be the issue. They HATE that but, oh well.

I just recently aquired a track phone. Apparently along with the phone came a number in wich this company continues to call. I have never had any accounts or services done with these people and would appreciate if this Company gets a clue IF SOMEONE IS NOT RESPONDING OR ANSWERING YOUR CALL after the first few thousand times.. You can probably figure out that you will not get in touch with this person thru the phone.. STOP CALLING MY NUMBER!! Maybe it might work if you change your system just a little bit and send out mail instead to the recipient who owes you. Quit harassing the people who have never done service with you!
