Oh now I recognize the name. They're called ICS for short. These guys are debt collectors & are complete [***]. One of them asked me what made me think I was so special that fee's don't apply to me. HA! They've also tried to contact me under the phone number 800 844 8001.

These idiots call my fax machine no less than 10 times per day....A little slow to the mark, never transmit anything, keep waiting for someone to answer. You would think the ear piercing response from the fax machine would tell them something but nooooooo...Real rocket scientists here brother....

These idiots call me no less than 5 times a day, from this number as well as from 2023679027. I don't understand the deal, I have no debt for them to collect!

They are always calling and never leave a message. They leave all types of phone numbers to confuse me on who is calling. When I do answer they hang up.

This company is the most persistent of the "slimy vermin" breed. They do not follow anything relevant to individual rights of privacy, whether or not they actually have some stake in getting information. They harass non-debt-holders right along with actual debtors being sought for payment.

They are like Wack-a-Mole amusement-park games: whack one and another appears. Same as their call centers. Block one and another calls. Sometimes one can get several calls each and every day from multiple IC (*"Intelligent*, as opposed to inane, Collection). No, not after 9PM but starting at 8AM! I know... have been collecting the #'s and preparing to file with multiple states attorney generals, which others need to do as well.

FTC forms notwithstanding (and their limited resources and focus on consumer issues like this), while there's some great info above, and *everyone* who is unreasonably harassed by ICS should complain vocally to AG's, Consumer Affairs, FTC, etc.... only concerted, constant, and collective complaining about this specific company might bring them onto the radar screen. Lots of good infoout there about how to report/stop the harassment, but: telling them orally to stop does not protect any rights or bring about any results. Writing does. And then like Wack-a-mole, they can still come up with another division/branch calling, as if they don't connect....

Worst of the worst offenders in the industry/industries. Really needs to be fined, jailed, stopped... ASAP!

They call and never leave a message. I do not have any bills that is in collection, I have not idea why they are calling  here.

This morning I got a call from this number on my cell phone but no one said anything so I hung up.  This afternoon I got another call from this number and someone said, "Hold on I'm trying to connect you" then a lady came on and asked for Eddie Vargus.  I told her this was not his number and she said, "Oh okay" and I hung up.

this stupid company keeps calling my desk phone for a former worker. i keep telling them that they have the wrong number for her. they dont listen. i guess there 1 celled brain cant do anything but what the computer tells them what to do.

I continue to get calls from this number on my cell phone mostly when I am at work during the day.  It
rings once and then shows up as a missed call.  Also I wonder if they somehow got my work number as my desk phone also rings once or twice and when I answer it no one is there, which we don't have a caller id on.  If they would just leave a message as to whom they are calling I would call back and straighten it out.

Yes! these frakin people are driving me crazy! they wont stop calling me. I just got this land line a few months month ago, so I know they are not calling for me..Ive been getting calls for different people who had this number before me..They don't say anything and then they hang up..sounds like a stocker and harassment...I screamed at them one day for calling me at 8am on a Saturday once, and then they just started calling me before 12pm...what the hell? they dont answer when I pick up, and they don't even leave a message when I don't...so weird! :( How do I stop their annoying calls? Isn't there a law that's supposed to be coming in effect soon to prevent these kinds of [***] companies from calling, stocking and harassing you?

hahahaha this time I called them and screamed at them to stop calling me..felt good..I actually got a live  person...lol..I told them they need to stop harassing people and that people are complaining about them on the internet..then I just hung up on him. lol

Same here call my number, I just got the number in January of this year, the calls are constant and as early as 8 on Sat even holidays - and have been for 2 different people, not even for me, from reading everyones statements here, it is very clear that this company practices what is called in the industry of collection  "Skip tracing"  which means the person that owes the money to a company that hires these guys runs a report through companies like Intellius etc, these sites list relative and last known accomplices LOL -   so they run those names and so on and so on or and they tell 2 friends and so on and so on,  This skip tracing, gives the names and friends names and they hope after p*SS*ing you off, you give up information that helps them find who they are looking for, hopefully soon yes the law is enforced!!!!

Attention Do Not Give These People Your Bank Account Number....Save Every Message,Voice Mail,Text Message they Send....Report Them To Your Local News Station Or The "FBI" So That They Can Track The Phone Number Down .....You Do Not Have To Fall Victim,You Did Not Do Anything Wrong,They Can Not Take You To Court Over A Loan That You've Already Been To Court Over....You Didn't Ask Them To Buy Your Unpayed Loan In The First Place..*That Should Be Against The Law....The Judge Has Already Place Judgement On That Loan.....You Can Go To Jail For Buying Someone's Else Information This is How Bad Things Happen To Good Folks.....The Government Needs To Do Something About This Matter:-)

Call bright and early. Rude and nasty voice...not one I want to hear first thing in the morning that's for sure. They asked for someone (not me) told them they have the wrong number. Told me I was being recorded and I just hung up. Very strange.

A seven year old land foreclosure somehow got to these a**holes. The bank wrote it off and never asked for anything more.
Not sure how they found me, since I have moved multiple times.
They call several times a day, if I answer...line goes dead...other wise I get an automated message on my voice-mail...Like I would ever call them back!!!

they buy your debt for about 1-2 cents on the dollar. they are bottom feeders
