Just got my 1st call from this number on Nov 9th and did not get a voicemail but it would hae been at 7:51 EST so that would be a bit early for banking hours.

I get a call from this number almost everyday with no one on the line.  Its driving me crazy!  Who is it?  The caller ID says I.C. systems, IN

aaaaaa! these people are driving me CRAZY!! they call and hang up, both when i answer and on the answering machine....

I received a call from the number on 2/5/09 at 4pm. The Caller I.D. readout "looked starnge", a series of dashes that I've never seen generated with my system.

However, IF this number does belong to "I.C. Systems" as noted in the above message it IS connected to U.S. Banks' collection department. I am assuming the call may have originated in India as they have a call center there and that explains the odd read out.

Why are they calling? Overdrawn accounts, non payment, etc. Talk to them one day and two days later they start to automatically start calling again ("robo caller") to determine if you became rich overnight and can may payments (LOL!).

But, the first time I received a call from I.C. Systems it was from a male with Indian accent asking for me to identify myself and bank account to varify he was talking to the right person. Said he "represented my bank". Bad training on his part?

My local branch banks didn't know about the calls but U.S. Bank's main office in Cincy varified the service was making contact in their name.

Still, to be safe contact U.S. Bank in Cincy to determine if the call is legit first, your local branch 2nd.

Almost forgot:

They aren't hanging up on you, the robot caller hangs up if it DOES NOT detect a second answer OR if there is no one to handle the call at ICS.

If you think about it when you see the number on the caller ID pick up the phone and say hello in a soft voice ONCE, the robot usually hangs up after a few seconds.

Say hello in a normal voice and then say something else and usually someone will come on the line. Not always but usually. Once the are on the line they are reading from a script filled in with your name by the robot so don't be surprised if the person you are speaking to is not in sync with the exact reason for the call, etc.

Received 2 of these today and several over the last few months.  I don't answer and I doubt I ever will.  I have read bad things about this company from other consumer websites.  I don't have any dealings with US bank, so not sure why they would be calling me.

at approx 1022 hrs pst, 041009 resived a hangup call.Answered twice witha few seconds in between for replies and for connections to be made (there were several clicks and such), and eventually hung up. It irks me that I'd be bothered to answer not to have anyone reply back. It certainly isn't the way to develop a rapport with anyone over  money matters, let alone anyone else.

Furthermore caller ID dod not pick up the number, dial back *69 worked however.

651-204-1365 US BANK aka I.C.Systems. They are [***] and will not stop calling. One must send them a cease and desist letter certified, that is if they should not be call you.  this is what i did, for satisfaction, start calling their local branches and hang up, or ask to speak to Bob Me-off, when they say no one works there by that name, then ask to speak to his brother Jack.... Call them about stupid stuff, ring their phones.... maybe they will get the hint and stop. they are calling me looking for a long lost relative of mine who owes the money. i asked them to stop twice and now they are calling 8 times a day.
