who are these people who call up to 10 times per day??? I'm getting very mad!

I get 5 or so calls a day from the same number. I'm in Nevada. Any ideas?

This is from Credit One Bank. They are a credit card company

credit one bank must have several numbers they call from, because each of the4 or 5 numbers that have called me and I checked on here say Credit one bank--they all have different area codes!!!

I just reported COB for a different number.  This one says I.C. Systems, Inc. and they call EVERY DAY, SEVERAL TIMES A DAY.
I should let my toddler talk to them.

This company calls using I. C , Systems, but when you answer , there is no one there, I understand it is an automated dialing system, but what is the point, it the phone is answered and no one picks up on their end? I do not have a credit card with them , never had.

i am having call from this no since 10 days before that they were doing call  from 800-720-9997...now it is almost a month they are calling on my number .... more then 10 times a day....really weird i dont have credit card from that comp....

I receive calls from I C Systems Inc, 10 or more times a day. Doing the weekdays and on the weekends. What is disturbing is they call on a Sunday all day long. Sunday is God's day why do these people keep calling me, and how did they get my number. I wish they would stop calling my number.

I got two calls today at work on my cell phone from this number, but didn't know from who it was. Thank you! Credit One has several phone numbers I know of two other numbers they use.  800-796-7303 & 208-758-0231.  If they call your work tell them "I am on a recorded line and I can not take this call at work.  The best time to reach me is after ____ and give them your home number. or whatever number you want to them to call you on. Tell them to remove this number from their records or you will report them to the Federal Trade Commission say thank you and Hang up. They cannot call you at work again after you tell them not too.
 
Register your Cell phone with the DO NOT CALL Registry.  If they call your cell phone and you have not given them this number personally, tell them that this number is registered with the DO NOT CALL registry and they are in they are in violation for calling this number. Tell them they need to remove this number from their records and not call this number again or they will be reported. Say thank you and hang up.

The reason for making yourself available.   If they can't reach you at home they will keep digging for other means to get in contact with you. including work, cell numbers, family members that you referenced at some time in the past on documents and even e-mail address.
so make yourself available at home to talk with them if your having trouble paying your bills. If your not having trouble paying your bills and it's just a just a case of they have the wrong phone number, Let them know that they have the wrong number and not to call you anymore.

I.C. Systems is a collection agencies for Credit Cards Companies.

Calls on cell phone, no ID, no message, sounds like automated dialer.

ok heres the deal I used to work for them.....credit one bank ..... what they are doing
They call from "regular" numbers  so you pick up because you don't see its a credit company calling if you owe them money  your going to avoid them right?  so its more likely you would answer .. they called you from state your work company is located in and if you didn't know you'd think it was work calling and answer them.. cute huh?

Down load and install this program on your PC "Phone Tray Free". Make sure your phone line is connected to your modem on your pc. This program Zaps any number you put into it. Highly configurable.

Except I don't live in the 651 area code, so I find a little discrepancy in your answer. And no, I wouldn't answer thinking it's work, I pretty much know my work number lol And if you answer because you think it's work, well, then I'd have to say you have other issues besides not paying bills :)

It doesn't matter what you tell them, they will continue to call you non stop until you pay the bill.  Doesn't matter if it's even yours or not.

I got a call from 651-204-1376 as well.  I used my google voice number to call them back and the guy stated he was from Credit One Bank.  I told them I don't have an account with them and he wanted to know the phone number I was called at.  I refused to give it to them and he said they have my number anyway if I was called by then.  Then I mentioned you could have used an automatic calling program that randomly generates numbers for all I know.  Then he hangs up on me.  I then look up Capitol One Bank's number online and call them.  The operator there told me that the number calling me does not belong to Capitol One bank.  So be careful its a huge scam.

Also, my droid bionic has the option to send numbers straight to voice mail.  So I added the number to my contact list and named it (do no answer) and marked it send straight to voice mail.  If your phone has this option it will save you a lot of headache.

yep, it's a bank, credit one, HSBC, 1st national all banks, credit cards past due
