I received a phone call from a lady saying it was an attorney office She was snippy and asking for my deceased brother in law  Wouldnt give me any information

Got a call from this number.  Rude, ignorant lady claiming it was an attorney's office.  Asking for my deceased brother.  These rude black individuals need to be prosecuted.

Called looking for my daughter. Left message with my daughter to call number, she did and a Kevin Johnson acting as an lawyer, told her she owed $ 1,000.00 for three NSF checks written in Jan. 2007. Daughter was working and said she didn't know what he was talking about, she didn't know what to do and the man told her they could take a smaller portion out of her checking account,($300.00) she thought she better do that as to not get into trouble. Thought about it after a while and called the bank and they said she has never had a NSF check. Called me and we have since looked on the internet and found numerous other complaints.

Bill today the same exact thing happened to me same person kevin johnson
stating that I had a NSF from a maxillofacial oral surgery with the name
NCRP and he couldn't give any other info there were at least 3 people that I
spoke with I honestly think this is definitely a scam...does anyone know how
to report this to the government or what avenue to take?

Called for my husband, and when I said he wasn't available said, "I assume this is his mother?"  That ticked me off.  I said, "I'm his wife," and he hung up on me.  That really ticked me off.  He would tell me his name and that he was from Minneapolis but nothing else.  Sorry, I don't remember what he said his name was.

This man called me and told me I had been writing checks from 2005 - 2008 but the account I had been closed since 2002 so how the hell I been writing checks they on some [***] cause I went to the bank and they said they don't have no check from back then

Got a call today 10-21-09 and stayed on hold only to be hung up on. Tried to call back won't go through. Checked the name on the internet and found this. Thank you whoever started this now. If they call back and I get to talk to someone, I can tell them to get lost.

got a call 2day 10/27/09 from a Thomas Waters about some nsf checks said that they were from 2007-2009. said that there were 3 checks total of 700.00 plus I asked where to didn't answer that question. He called me a rude moron and hung up after I stated I haven't had a checking account in over 5 years.

i don,t get it. if i owe thats cool.but tell me what for.not just demand money and my checking account number you frickin [***].i hope somebody that works at this place looks at this site.stupid con artist

some jerk called me from there today. claiming i owed over $1,000 for old bank fees. told him, "so? sue me for it". started on some tangent that I must have opened the acct to defraud the bank. told him he was stupid and to sue me. he said I will have the attorneys review the file today for action. I said, "great, see ya in court". kept trying to "work with me". I don't need worked with, thief. Like someone calls from an attorneys offc and your supposed to be all shook up? sue me loosers.

Called my cell phone and home, claiming my wife and I owed $308 from previous medical bills to Bennett Medical.  Called Bennett and they said not only do we not owe money, but they actually owe me a return payment for an overpayment.  My wife's medical info was hacked into about a year ago at a local hospital and this makes sense now as this is most likely how they got her info.  This IS a scam - it's obvious they're either in on it, or are relying on erroneous info to pursue innocent people.

thay called my and said i hand 500.00 of  checks out and i told hem i did not no what he was talking about and the check i did have out i payed and i have 3 pepple to prove what i said .he said you you not talling to the true and  he hung up on me.

These people called my wifes cell and I took over the call,they told me I owe for a bad check from 2007,when asked for more info. they declined,told them I was going to report this to the police and they said they will add that to my file and hung up. When reported to the police.....it is a scam!!!! Please people BEWARE!!!!
