No one is ever on the line when I answer

Marketing resources?? I called back and told them to never call me again,, today they call again

Calls 3-4 times a day. After researching it, my local paper gave them my number because i cancelled my subscription and now this company keeps calling trying to get me to reorder the paper. This is the website:

I called the 652 222-1111 number and spoke with a man named Michael - he has no idea how they got my number (I'm in New Jersey) and assures me I will be removed from their list - we'll see.

These people keep calling me I want them to stop so Please let them know that I want to be off there list I am on a no call list

This number 651-288-2875 calls me once every day but at different times, sometimes morning, sometimes noon and sometimes at night. When I answer I hear nothing and get disconnected. Once somebody with a strange voice asked for someone like "Shari". I explained that he had the wrong number and they hung up. This has been going on for weeks. Only thing I could trace is St. Paul, Minnesota. How do I stop this tragic soul?
