They are a telemarketing company called "A Market Resource" located in S. St. Paul, MN. They have a help wanted ad in the local paper if any one wants to work for them ;<(.
Call them as MANY times as you want. 651-256-6170 Ext8198 and ask for Stefanie. Make sure to leave a message if no one picks up.

this  number always call me. i answered it once and started advertising and speaking spanish.. i already put this number on my reject call list.. so everytime this number call.....reject...

This number calls at different times of the day.  This is ridiculous.  I answer but it's dead silence on the other end then the call gets disconnected.

These people keep calling me and its driving me crazy!! I am going to go down there and kick someones a$$. I give them crap and pretend to be from other country's and say crazy [***].
Does anyone know the national no call list number?

I have been getting calls from this number almost daily for over a month. I am on the National do not call list. I am getting very annoyed, they never leave a message.

I got several calls from this number. I finally answered and found it to be a very rude a**hole trying to sell me newspapers.  I told him to never call my number again as I am on the do not call list. Guess what? I just got another call. Whats a guy to do?

WHats the deal?  You call my number, but then don't leave a message.  I guess it can't be that important.   DON'T CALL AGAIN!!!!!

Call #17 -  Hides behind UNKNOWN CALLER on ID.   I picked up and a person asked for me by first name.  Revealed they are from Pioneer Press calling about my subscription.  Informed them to remove this number and I will be filing a formal report with DNC and Attorney General.  They have been calling twice a day for a month and have not left a message.  Why hide your identity?  Had issues with my newspaper delivery and due to several errors.  Cancelled the delivery and happy to be divorced from any relationship with Pioneer Press.  Their policies and procedures are unprofessional.  Phone harassment is terrible.

Call #18 - 30 minutes after I tell them DO NOT CALL they call again.

And then 30 minutes later I get another call toll free from unknown number (877-944-9744) who I suspect is PIONEER PRESS LOCATED IN ST. PAUL MINNESOTA.

288-2880 is a call center located in South St. Paul, MN.

I put these kinds of numbers in my phone book and put the call block on. That way my phone never rings and they get the vm right away.. mwahahahaha
Yes it is a marketing agency trying to sell you a pioneer press subscription. I already get the pioneer press. But they keep calling....

Really.  St. Paul, Pioneer Press?  They would call 2 - 3 times a day at multiple times? I did call it back, and it said it was a utility company, and that not to worry, they would try me back in the future. ARGH!  This just started Monday 07/23.

That's exactly what happened to me too!, cancelled my subscripion to Pioneer Press because of lousy service and started getting these calls almost immediatly, I will never give them my business again.
