This number belongs to ISA Acceptance, they are a collection agency who appeares to be collecting on old US Bank accounts that may have been handled by Regent Assets Management who apparently were not licensed to collect, also read on another site that they are collecting on medical bills too...just FYI i was not able to find out much about them via internet search, I think they are fairly new but not sure if thats a good thing or a bad thing yet, as they are trying to collect on an already paid bill for me. Luckily I had saved my proof of payment and hopefully this ends it all :)
