I got a call from this number, I entered a report a minute ago, I want to add that i called back and there was a voice message stating that I reached "an unassigned phone number in Health Plan service center" and I "need to enter an extension".

Received the call at 0246 hrs, Today, March 28, 2008.  Weird ... no message.  Who calls a government office at this time of the morning???

It's a number within Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota

I received a call from this number several times within an hour time span. Wasnt sure who could have been calling until they called back. I work for a company that collects health insurance data and the call was from BCBS Minnesota. The number that appears is not the number the person called from.

I received a call from this number, asked me if I was "Kelly" and when I said she said she must have gotten the wrong number (uh, obviously!), and we said goodbye.  No scary beeps or BCBS Minnesota people as far as I know.

Same here---they called at 7:45 in the morning.

Also received a call from the BC/BS Call Center.  They left no message and ask for a direct extension.  It just reflects on how pathetically BC/BS of Minnesota is run.

Got a call from this number at 5:21 a.m.  Says Blue Cross Blue Shield on caller id.  They hung up when I answered.  Very frustrated!

I got a call from this number stating it was my final chance to extend my vehicle warranty.  Strange thing is they also called from 313-788-1131 2 and 1/2 hours before that and I told them to put me on the do not call list.

Blue Cross Blue Shield wellness coach - because I told my doctor I was interested in quitting smoking. She told me they would be calling me regarding the Minnesota Stop Smoking Plan
