- Savant replies to victimJust met with one of the people at ax treasures today. They told me to open an investment account of $23,000 so that when all the processes are completed, I will be able to transfer my timeshare to them. Anyone here actually went through this process and able to sell the timeshare to them in e end? While they seem genuine and not as pushy as other companies, spending good money to chase after bad money seems kinda risky to me.
If anyone had a bad experince or good experience with them, I would like to hear from u, thanks. - Patrick| 1 replyHi I also just met with one of the people at ax treasures, sharon yesterday. - RC| 46 repliesI attended one of their presentation to buy over my timeshare and invest $23,000 for a period of up to 4 years at a dividend rate of between 7 -10%. All was well, but the dividend was slow in payment. Last year they misrepresented to me that I should transfer my contract from AX Holdings to AX Treasures without any change to the terms of my original contract. Today I met up with another of their representatives who wanted me to transfer my contract with AX Treasures to Nixdorf-AX Treasures Ventures and pump in more money. That was when the rep told me that my contract with AX Treasures was completely different from my original contract with AX Holdings. I felt cheated as they misrepresented to me that there will be no changes to my original contract. Now AX Treasures has joined up with Nixdorf and getting investors to buy their preference shares using their TAP (original investments) as the qualifying criteria to participate. So what will happen to investors who do not want to buy the preference shares? I believe this is a scam and I will be seeking legal advice on what action I can take to recover my money. Anyone finding themselves in the same predicament can contact me.

- similar replies to RCHi, i am in a similiar situation as you. Have shown the available documents to a lawyer n was advised to make a police report. How do I contact you?
- Yeo replies to RC| 19 repliesYes, I was contacted to meet up with their Director, but I saw Joanne K Who was the manager who attended to me during the AX Holdings at Burlington. Joanne inform me that she has left AX holdings and now is the Wealth Director for this Nixdorf AX. As I do not wish to pump in more money for the Preferential Share, she told me that I have to wait till 2019 where my investment mature and by then AX Treasures already expired and I have to deal directly with the Philippine office for my money. My only concern is that as the company is off shore, it is no longer under the juridiction of Singapore Government and should they wound up, there is nothing I could do. My investment is as good as gone. I plan to report to CAD to alert them.
- mth replies to Yeo| 8 repliesI seem to be in the same boat now. I was supposed to get my money in march 2014. Now I think that I am in trouble. Please let me know what is the next action plan on this

- YPH replies to mth| 2 repliesI wonder if you have received the email from the AX holdings confirming that the AX Treasures will cease operation in Singapore wef 31 July 2013. I guess you better made a police report to freeze their account; may be a bit too late as they may have planned it and have already moved their funds already. If you do nothing, you may have to go to Philippine to get your money when it is due.
