The telephone calls from 16582156889 are  placed by a chap with the name of Phillipe out of Uruguay.  He is searching for his companion 'Claude' who vanished off of Nova Scotia in the early 1990's whilst fishing for lobster.  He is a bit senile and confused, but a good man with a broken heart.  I have spoken to him several times.  Be patient when you answer the phone and speak slowly to him.  He will often come on the line after several minutes. Tell him that you understand and offer comfort to him.

i get at least 8 calls a day from this number...how do i stop it

nice story billybob, dont know where you got your information,but its bogus caller told me i have diabetes when I told him no I dont he hung up   called back 2hrs later

Calls constantly about 24 times a day, once sometimes twice an hour. Says they are US Healthcare and calling about free diabetic supplies. I have asked them consistently to remove my number from their database, but it does no good. Told them I am happy with my current supplier and do not wish to switch. They still call. Told them today that I was going to contact  BBB and FTC, just tired of them calling. They call everyday, 7 days a week. At times late at night, but do not answer, just hang up. Even if I wanted to choose another supplier I would never choose them they are too annoying and ignore the patient wishes. Just stop calling my house!

If that story os true, which I highly doubt...When he calls back thell him his friend has been abducted and you're holding him hostage then make a gun shot noise and tell him his friend is dead...maybe he'll stop calling
