I keep getting this call. Won't leave a message. Any help on who they are?

Answered call from this number...after silent pause, electronic message just said "Goodbye"

I get this call a minimum of 10 times per week. They claim to be energy initiative. I have asked numerous times to be removed and they hang up on me.

Today was the first time I received a call from this number. When I first picked up my phone I heard some talking in the background and then a woman's voice said my first name. Just now I got another call from the same number, but this time they wouldn't respond to my voice. I despise these phone calls.

I get calls from this number a couple times a week, and when I answer there is a pause and then a computer says, "goodbye"….

Same here. I would love to hunt these [***] down and*********** them.

Got another call from 661-661-2555 just now. They call almost daily. No one is ever on the line, just a voice saying "goodbye". A while back I registered for 'Angie's list.com' so that I could read some reviews about electricians in my area. Since then I have had endless calls from contractors, electricians, plumbers, etc. Sometimes five calls a day. I think this number is somehow connected to Angie's list since the area code is correct for my home.
