I receive a call from this number almost every night but I let it go to my answering machine; however, no message I ever left for me.  The fact that I get calls at least 30 times during this last month is a little ridiculous.

I am on National Do Not Call list.  The caller left no message.

Since switching my # from landline to cell I have received numerous nuisance calls from scammers, debt collectors and unidentified callers. This is a new #: rec'd 1/31/12.

Shows "NRDC" on caller ID.
Did not answer the call, no message.

I believe that this is a scam call.  In attempting to block the number with Comcast I was told that this was not a legitimate number.
Apparently one can call an anonymous phone service which blocks all numbers of this type and some others that may be important. Call Comcast for that number.
One can also call the:
do not call.gov
or
do not call.state ( This is a state system for eradicating unwanted incoming phone calls possibly to be found on Google.)

I keep getting calls from this number...early in the morning and late at night.  Since I have caller ID I do not answer but the ID comes up NDRC
