Caller knew my last name and wanted to know if I was the owner of the computer.  Said they'd noticed that when I've logged on, other programs are trying to run that could harm the safety and security of my computer.  This is as far as he got as I said I didn't believe there was a problem, other than this scam, and hung up!!!  This was sounding like a similar call I received a couple months ago.  They said there was a problem with my computer, and if I would just go to it and log on, they could show me what was wrong.  Didn't believe her, either.  So tired of all the hacking and identity theft committed worldwide by these lowlifes - be very aware, and don't fall for their schemes!        

Got a call and have no idea who it is since they always call but never leave a message.

They called my cell trying to convince me that there was a problem with the Windows program I was running on the network. He knew my last name and claimed to be from Tech America. After a few back-and-forth's I told him that confused me, since I didn't HAVE a computer at home. Then he hung up on me
