recorded message pretending to be from credit card company, saying my account is ok but call to get interest rate lowered.  does not give a company name.  definately a scam of some sort, beware..

This call is generated from Peerless Network: Colocation Data Center, Chicago Illinois. They collect and sell your number to telemarketers, and in this case, SCAMMERS. Do NOT answer calls that you do not recognize. If it is important, they will leave a message. If you answer a call like this, they will identify you as a viable number and you will receive more calls. If you ask to be removed, you will be moved to the top of the list.

This is not a legitimate company! Caller ID says SURVEY and they are offering you LOAN?! We are on the Do Not Call list and do not have credit cards.

I have a Panasonic cordless phone that allows me to block 250 phone numbers. The next time they call, it won't ring and they will get a busy signal.
