DEBT COLLECTOR

trying to collect a debt i already settled several months ago.very nasty.

Called me stating that I owed 25,000.00 on for a second mtg that I should not be responsible for. Stating they would settle for 1/2 the amount. After I refused to give them any other information, they were nasty, rude and intimidating, the women got another person on the phone by the name of Mr. Henry and he was even more demanding. I advised them to contact my attorney and or send me something in writing, they continued to argue with me and demand that I agree to settle. After an agonizing 17 mins I ended the call. They have not tried to contact me since.

They tricked my Grandmother into giving them her social security number, date of birth and other information. How can we get them caught before they clean out her bank account?

I just received calls from this phone number on my cell phone and on my work desk phone since I have caller ID; I did not anwer either call since I do no recognize the phone number, and I have had a lot of scam calls lately. They have not left a message yet.  I don't return calls for people who don't have time to leave messages.
