Left a message on my cell phone, about a legal action with my name and SSN, but no docket/case number and never mentioned my name. No caller ID and reverse lookup just says Norcross, GA. Legal mumbo-jumbo like threat about needing to call within 24 hours or else my state's authorities would be involved.

I had the same issue with the number 6782454304. About a legal action and my SSN. The lady's name was Ms. Brown.

I had the same call. I called back to be told I should have had these papers sent and that they were filing papers against me to the courts and I would be arrested. I never received anything and had no idea what they were talking about. Ms. Brown Called but I talked to Mr. Elliot.

A Ms Brown called saying she had got some paper work from my state and I had 24 hours to respond.  The number she was calling from was 678-999-1322.  If I did not return the phone call she would have to file on me and send my work to someone and that I need  to call my attorney as soon as I can.  

Ms. Brown and ms.lee lol nothing but scam artist they can send the locator out here if they want too cuz I ain't paying them s%#+

This number called me 678-245-2404 saying I took out a pay day loan of $1,700.00.  Now there considering the money stolen and criminal charges will be filed.  I need to respond in 24hrs and to higher an attorney right away.  I never took out for a loan!  Watch out for these scammers!  That had my email address, last four of my social, and who I bank with.  I froze my bank account changed my passwords and checked my credit report!  Be careful

I had the same call and they been calling my work all day long.

I had this ms lee call me today as well talkin  bout some loan I never took out in 2012 she had my ss# birthday old address and where I worked at. Scared me to know they knew so much about me.

Got the same call. I do not answer. VM says Mrs. Brown from state filing agency. They have received papers with my name and SS# attached to it. I have 24 hours to return the call or they will send a locator.  Got the same call and threat last week.  I do not think my state would send something out of state just to get it back in 72 hours.  Total scam do far nothing has happened. It has been a week since the 1st call. And the 2nd call says the same as the 1st. Funny thing is I am on a DO NOT CALL LIST yet these people figure out a way around it.

Recieved a call stating that i owed a payday,would not tell me the name of the payday company just some name of a company
that has several payday companies would not give me any information until i sent them my attorneys number

Same thing happened to me today....VM threatened legal action within 24 hours. Noncompliance will result in 72 hour locator from my State. Please contact your attorney and govern yourself accordingly.

I for have received a phone call from a Ms Brown today who left a voicemail. basically saying need to get in contact with her within 24 hours in reference to a felony that was given to her by my state. She never ask for anyone by name. When I call back I got someone different. When they answer the phone it was a basic hello. They try to verify all my important information. seeing that I had a payday loan back in 2012.when I asked for the companies information: I was told that they can get information out. That said I got a loan for $370 and now they want 1700 payback.told me if I wanted and make arrangements I need to call the department directly at 678 999 3945. I need its a call back to make some type of arrangement they will be willing to settle the account for $414.98.

just received the same call. has anyone been able to verify weather some has been able to track them down?

msaid i wrote a check i dont even have checksrs brown and678245 said I own 978dollars it a attorney law firm says you will be suppeo to court

I received paperwork from this law office about a loan from years ago, I contacted my attorney who advised to settle with the firm to avoid court. I then received another letter in the mail which I forwarded to my attorney showing this nightmare was over.
