Someone called my ex-wife's residence. She does not have the same last name as I do. My son answered the phone and someone by the name of Ms. Hammond told my son it was an emergency for me to call them.

Call saying that i have a fraud case pending against me and I need to call back immediately before legal action is taken.

Got the same person, a Jennifer Hammond who left a long message saying that a serious fraud case was pending. The only thing is, it was for some one I don't know named Camille Davis. No such person lives at my address nor do I know this person. How they got my number I will never know. The caller ID says N. Perkins with the number 678-369-0944. From what I am reading online, I am assuming it is a scam and will not call to tell them their error.

Same story here...Jennifer Hammond said I have a serious fraud case against me, advised me to call her b4 Friday or other legal actions will be taken. Did not leave the name of the company or any other information regarding where she was calling from - only her call back number, 678-369-0944. Callled my place of employment.

Just got the same thing from the same woman at work.I did a reverse look up online and it comes from a landline in Jonesboro, GA. I don't know anymore than that but I am really upset.

I did a reverse checkup for the number 678-619-1689 because I actually talked with a Mr. Phelps today who insulted me beyond words.  Mr. Phelps says he works for HZB, Henry, Zachary & Best.  The number above is from a landline in Jonesboro, GA.  I am NOT the person he says he is looking for to collect a debt for a DJR Group.  I have never heard of this group nor have I ever taken out a payday loan.  I will be finding ways to report all to somebody.  Any suggestions on who all and how many people to report to will happily be appreciated.

Just got the same call from same woman and the irony is I just filed reports with county police, FBI internet fraud division.. someone told me to contact Homeland Security to treat this a threat ...

Received threatening message stating that I had commited fraud and if I didnt call by Friday, they would do whatever necessary.

I recently received the same type of call but needless to say Mrs. Hammond was very pleasant and realize she is just doing her job the company is a collections/attorneys network.  She was very professional and very easy to talk to unlike many collection agencies who belittle you she was very understanding but firm and advised me of what my options were she even educated me on some consumer information.  Maybe, if some of you would take the time to call her back instead of run from your debts you will see she is very easy to work with.  Be responsible pay your debts stop bad mouthing the people who are just doing their job!!!

Why on earth would you waste your time and Homeland Security's time with nonsense you need to pay your bills!!! People like you make people like us who want to resolve our debts difficult!  She simply is doing her job and advisng you if you don't pay your debt legal action will be filed you are the one that needs to reported not her or her company you are an idiot!!!

It's pathetic and sad that anyone can go on these sites and post something negative, I have dealt with HZB and Mrs. Hammond first hand and they are a legitimate company and have researched them so what if they are homebased , they are licensed and very professional!  The time some of you are using to blog go get a job and pay your bills!!!  Funny how when you took the payday loan out you weren't screaming fraud now it's time to pay it's fraud geesh!!

Samantha Owens, Jacob Warren and R.Joseph, you are the smartest, most wonderful sensible people  I have heard from so far! I have atmost respect for people like you.You absolutely get that these loans were applied for-whether good or bad, and that it is your responsibility to pay them back the same way they were loaned to you.Now you three get it!!

got the same call, dealt with a Mr.Beckem, i thought it was fraudulent when there was no telephone number on the papers they were sending, especially when the paper said the telephone number was on the reverse side. and the first time "Mr.Beckem" called before he said anything about my so called case he pretended to be a drag queen calling to get hair extentions. Real fing professional, he has then called two other times playing the same games, till a woman called me saying she was his supervisor. I'm gonna have a case against them.

Some women just called me at my work telling me I have forwarded to her company regarding fraud and that they were going to garnish my wages. I have at one time three different pay day loans but had paid off two of them and currently making payments to the third. I don't understand why I am receiving calls from this 678 369 0944 number and I think I am getting screwed. Can they garnish my wages?

This is to everyone that has received any phone calls from Henry Zachery & Best! Do not give any card information to this organization...it's fraud!!!! If someone named Ms. Hammond or Mr. Phelps calls you! Please hang up immediately they are trying to get money from anyone who is willing to give out their card information. Here is the number they called from 678-369-0944!

I just received a VM via my mobile with a long message and case number: 33888064. The message was from Jennifer Hammond who identified herself as an investigator and said that I had a theft by deception and account fraud case pending against me. When I attempted to call back the call disconnected. Called again and was promptly placed on hold. Seems to be very suspicious to me.

Stupid people calling me about a case they have against me for fraud. Said I will appear in court and will be put in Jail. Number is (678)369-0105 and wont tell me his name... I have payday loans that are in collection so there telling me I'm fraud!!!
