Mr. Chen called for HSBC, did not say it was an attempt to collect a debt. I am not employed, have no income and they are calling to collect about 600.00.
Civil suit. The balance doubled due to HSBC doubling the balance with their fees. Ridiculous. He hung up on me.

Lady supposedly calling from Gerald E. Moore law firm.  Used scare tactics on me for a delinquent student loan.  I'm unemployed, but sent in what I could scrape together in return they said they would send a packet for me to look over.  No packet came, no receipt received, but the money came out of my account.  WHen I called the number, there was no answer.  When she called back - she said she was on vacation, but a law firm with no answering service??  What a SCAM!!!

This is a spam number guys trying to get your credit card information and if you have any loans or any debt they try to use that and try to scare you also if they have the last four of your social and birth date saying they are going to sue and blah, blah, blah dont give the any information please!!!!
