NEVER NEVER EVER EVER give your date of birth or social security number to anyone you cant see face to face and see if they are alive and breathing.
There are too many PHISHING scams to steal identities. If the caller gets pushy. HANG UP ON THEM!
If you look ant the costs of maintenance, service contracts and licensing fees. They could hire a few live bodies. Or simply mail out surveys. We need the jobs but the STUPIDS in corporate America do not understand the costs are the same in lost business because of machines. Let the robots build cars but not talk people....

It's an automated message that is halfway cut off so that by the time you listen to the message it just dings and sounds like it wants you to enter some number now. I don't know who it is and don't know why it's coming up. I have Smart Limits with AT&T so I think I will just block the number.

I had already called them directly days ago and answered this question live, with their representative, Tamara, who said she updated the info in the system and I wouldn't be receiving any further calls like this.
