Common $ense -- I've never done business with them in ANY sense, and I don't owe ANYONE money and guess what? they're bugging ME too, and I've told the people not to call back unless it was important business and well, they call back anyway. SO NEXT TIME YOU SAY THINGS LIKE THAT, PULL YOUR HEAD OUT OF YOUR BUTT AND THINK FIRST!

I personally classify it as a telemarketing call, since I have no paypal account, owe money to no paypal account and have NEVER done business with them.

I don't and never had a GE Money Card (Paypal) but they have started calling 4x a day!

They call incessantly and well into the late evening; I answer... nobody on the other end... they must have a broken autodialer... it calls you but does not connect them when you answer.  THIS IS HARASSMENT.

I am receiving calls  4x/day even on weekends.

Calls every day 'bout 3'ish my time....don't know3 who they are, hangs up after 3 rings....trying to block it..

Called a few minutes ago ( 3rd call in the last 3 days ) to say there was a " problem with my Paypal credit card account and needed my credit card # to straightnen out the problem or something like that.."...

Told them we needed to verify the call and they said to call " Brandon @ 866-899-6190 "  
And give him my credit card #.....

Scam. Give them nothing. And don't pick up. If it was important they would leave a message. I called my bank and they told mecit was a scam. Had various other numbers with the same crap story.

I'm assuming the name "Brandon" is code to be transferred to collections. I've called collectors before with the name listed on the letter and they said straight up that it's not a real person.

Yes I do have a Paypay smart connect account which I just went in and checked on  (I OWE $3.48) and I have gotten 3 calls this morning which is a Sunday , one at 8:03 am , 8:55 am and 9:28 am

I blocked them too but they're STILL CALLING. And i made a payment recently. Have also had excessive calls eve n o  weekends and no one answers unless you wait for someone  to pick up. I'm ignoring their calls now.

Received 3rd call this morning.  Caller ID shows GE Capital ... but there is no GE Capital as it's now call Synchrony Bank and it's for PayPal.  I spoke with them last week and told them that as soon as I get paid, I will pay my bill and also instructed them to stop calling.  The woman I spoke with said it was the first time she called, but I informed her that not more than 1 hour before that I spoke with a man from the same place and that repetitive calls are illegal under Federal law especially when the caller has spoken directly with the person they are trying to reach.  In other words, Federal law means nothing to any of these places - reputable or not.  As soon as I pay off the balance on PayPal, guess who is NEVER using that service again.  It is ridiculous.

Caller, PayPal, left message with callback. Checked my account and Oct. payment never showed up, although I have bank statement to show it WAS paid. Called and they said they don't have record. Told them I have a confirmation# and bank statement to show otherwise. Now, *I* have to contact bank and have bank send some sort of form. Not MY fault, not my BANK'S fault. Never had trouble till they (and myriad others) moved to Synchrony.
