Someone named Mr Washington called my sister at work stating that he was from the fraud division and said I put her as a reference.  He said for her to call him or for my lawyer to call him..  That's the message he left..

They called saying they were from the fraud division and told my mom to call them right away. Her name is Ms. Harris. I don't know who they are can someone tell me.

Lady referring herself as agent from the fraud division called looking for my mom who may be involved in a fraud case. I called my mom and my cousin also received the same call. I did some research and this company is a scam. If you owe money all companies will try to reach you via mail first. Do not give them and info or money.

I recieved the same call from a Vanessa at Neilson, Hurst and Assoc stating that there was possible fraud against my name, they needed to talk to me. Sounded fishy, I don't plan to call back.

I got the same call last night from "Mrs. Stroud" at X2246.  Funny thing she asked for me by my middle name; my phone bill is in my middle name only.  She said the same thing - calling from the fraud division and someone left my name as a personal reference.  I was going to call back but after reading these blogs I won't.

A lady by the name of Amber called me from this number and said there was a possible fraud case against me and for me or my attorney to call them back immediately.

I have received a call from this number_678-593-2340 and do not know who or why they are calling. I was given a case number. I would like more information on to the reason for the call and who it is I am suppose to call. I do not recognize the number I don't call.

I also received a call from this number.  It is Nelson, Hirsch & Associates saying that I was going to be charged with fraud from a payday loan that I had done 4 years ago and was not able to pay back.  I am considering filing bankruptcy to get this cleared off of my record.

I had a lady who used the name of Amber and stated she was from an attorneys office who had a fraud case against my ex-daughter-in-law. After some research I found this to be a scam. DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAM ARTIST ANY INFO>

They called my parents and left a message on their voicemail telling them about the debt and also indicating that i was committing fraud...they are in violation of the FDCPA...I filed a complaint with the Governor's office of Georgia and also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission consumer affairs department.  You can file this complaint online...They can't leave messages like this on relatives phones...i encourage everyone to complain against this company

I am getting harrassing phone calls from Nelson Hirsh from this phone #678-593-2340 at my work. They are starting to call other people in my office to try and get them to transfer the phone to me and also telling my co-workers my personal business...

These people called my mother's home first, then called me on my cell!  Both calls were meant to frighten and intimidate, with words like "legal" and  "fraud" and "lawyer".  How stupid do these people think we are?  No "real" lawyer's office would call and just start throwing my personal information around!  What I'd like to know is who they really are and how did they get information about me and my family.  This is harrassment, plain and simple

i received the same call by a Brian Bolton stating that he was from nelson hirsch and assoc. Saying that I was going to be charged with check fraud due to a not paid back payday loan. Brian could not give me any information other than my name and phone number. He was wanting me to give him my credit card number or a debit card number to pay 520.00. The key word that he said was payday loan in georgia well if you live in ga you know that payday loans are illegal in the state. These people need to get a life and a real job and stop scamming innocent people for money. I have also went to our local sherriff department and reported them.

The key word that he said was payday loan in South Carolina now well this was a payday loan in 2005 in North Carolina he said. These people need to get a life and a real job and stop scamming innocent people for money. I'm not paying nothing and I told them so. Because they said that they could not send me any information on this loan or on them.

This is another number that Nelson Hurst & ass. is using to scam people.They are calling me from different number and with different names.With the same stories as everyones elses.

I posted earlier on here about a call that I have received, now they are calling me on my job. Isn't it illegal for them to call after you have told them not to call you at your place of employment? I really got ugly with these people today and I am sick of them calling any suggestions on what i should do? The authorities told me to ignore the calls but how can I do that at work?

These morons called me as well. I had a message from a woman (Penny, maybe?), claiming I had a legal matter in their office. First of all this woman was clearly reading a script..... and POORLY I might add! This uneducated mess of a woman couldn't even construct a proper sentence. I'm certainly not calling back. It totally reeks of a scam. Has anyone found real data on this company? Are they even a legitimate organization? Doesn't seem to be. They don't even have a proper voicemail system; just a general mailbox. I am certainly not leaving my information there, I get enough spammers calling me. I know a bit about this business, they are basically telemarketers. The lists of old debts is public and can be purchased by any organization to harass you. Completely unconstitutional IMHO>

Well as you all robably know I reported twice on here, I want to let all of you know that I have sent a complaint on this company to the BBB and filed it. I have not gotten a response yet, but I want to let you know that they are not accredited by the BBB so that should tell you that this is all a joke. I have done some more research on these people and I also have their address. The couple that owns this place is a Tanya Satiago and her husband just got released from a federal prison. So that should tell you what she is.
