Called and said I had fraud checks and lease and if I didn't call back the DA was gunna arrest me at my job tonight. I don't think they're allowed to give out my personal information like that right so it must be fake?

Got the same thing today. I've gotten these calls before from payday loans, they are a scam.

This is a scam and you may be an identity theft victim.  They called me too, but I get these kinds of phone calls frequently.  If it were credible, you would have been served with papers and have a little time to respond to it.  Next time they call, find out (write down) their business name, address, and see what they are trying to get from you.  Since most people are naïve to things likes this, I am sure scammers are able to obtain quite a bit of money this way.  I told them it was a scam and asked them to spell the name of their business and they hung up on me.

I got a call from this phone, they left a voice mail.  The person said she is Pat Winslow and has 2 allegations against me and if I don't respond charges would be filed against me in my local jurisdiction.  (If she knew all that about me, she wouldn't have said 'local'.  She would know what my 'jurisdiction' is.) When I called back the answering machine said it was Honoree & Associates (sp?).  The trouble is that I'm a Jr so they called my folks house and gave them way too much info and now my family thinks I'm in some kind of trouble.  My wife and I filed bankruptcy over 3 yrs ago.  In the last few months these scammers have been calling every couple of months.  I wish there was more we could do.

I just got a call from Ms Winslow also.  Glad to know she is full of sh*t

I also just over the past 4 days got a call from a Patty Winslow. She's also claiming I have a debt I owe. Thing is it's not normal protocol & she wouldn't be from Georgia & taking care of Texas issue. She's stating I owe $776 to a payday loan, I did on a site called: loan.com. I just got off phone with Georgia pd & don't know where to go from here????

When do scammers Stop!!

I JUST THE SAME PHONE CALL AT MY JOB, THESE PEOPLE ARE SO FREAKIN ANNOYING THEY WAIT A COUPLE OF MONTHS THEN START THE SAME CRAP BACK UP . ITS REALL ANNOYING WHEN THEY CALL YOUR JOB. THE HAD HALF OF MY ADDRESS AND HALF OF MY ROUTING ACCOUNT # THEN THE LADY HAD THE NERVE TO GET SMART AND HANG UP WITH AN ATTITUDE LIKE I SUPPOSE TO ANSWER HER QUESTIONS AND TELL HER MY INFORMATION

I got a similar call at work today. I have been getting these regularly for over 2 years now, at work...so don't expect them to stop anytime soon. Thankfully, my work is very understanding and laughs about it. I already knew this was a complete bs scam since I've been dealing with these people for several years now. It's amazing how beligerent they get when you tell them you know they're full of crap :)

A person named Pat Winslow called my work and left a voice mail.  Said she was from Fennery Law and I had to call her about a case because she had to file in my local county. caller ID said Unknown

Call on 6/5/2014 left a message stating that they had a case against my social and would be filing a claim against me . I can have my attorney call them .They will be serving me through my jurisdiction

same call as mcghee. on 06/18/14. left message to call back. they need to get a JOB
