This number keeps calling me saying that I owe them money and to pay it over the phone.

they have called stating i was going to be arrested for fraudulent activity connected to my social security number & phone very rude, loud,  mean and aggressive  and calls 2x a day staqting i need to pay them 4000.00

Does anyone know the company they are representing?

I didn't pick up, so they left a voicemail that was a recorded message about pressing a certain number to speak to different offices.

Investigator Ashley Brown just left a message for me. I could barely understand what she said except her name; deep southern accent.

These people are scam artist & use different names & numbers from the atlanta area. Please don't fall for their tricks

They sound  like bill collectors trying to get people to pay their bills.
I am not paying my bills  because I am unemployed;
so whenever they called me I told them to send me paper work first. I just keep saying that every time they call  me.

Sounds like a scam!

I received a called from this number demanding I pay 810.00 before the end of the month. They stated the orginal company was Cash Express. We do not have a Cash Express in Texas.

I recieved a call as well, saying i owe money ,and i had a warrant for my arrest

They are telling me the same type of things. His said his name is Daivd Willis with Jack & Burns, and if i don't call they will put a warent out for me after 3:00pm...LMAO!!!!

Julie, its crazy... Then said they are trying to work with me... I have had something like this occur to me, like 5 years ago, and as i continued to looked up this number and different websites, they had there number spoofed.. I contacted the agency where they are supposed to be located out of 3799 Peachtree Lenox, and they had no knowledge of this company being in their building..

If you know you owe the money then simply pay it back!!!!
If you do not owe the money then do not pay the bill!!
Beware of the lies written by many “Internet Mud Slingers” who think nothing about posting false statements and opinions, about people and business telephone numbers. Let me make this perfectly clear, I do not agree with illegal and  heavy handed collection tactics. But you simply cannot believe the poison and negativity that some of these folks are posting. Many of these posts are clear cut cases of defamation; statements that are made with malice and with reckless disregard of the truth.

they keep calling me and advising they have an affadavit reference to fraud for me and someone I do not even know, when asked questions, they are rude and hang up. when I kept calling back to find out what company they are with, they now refuse to answer the phone. When lady answered the phone and said they were calling the cops!! HAHAHAHAHAHA  I am in Florida, they are in Georgia!! they all sound so rude and now the subject Mark Henderson advised me that I need to take my medication? Really, what company is this and why do they refuse to advise me who they are with? he called me an old billy goat because I kept asking him what company he is with, and he refused to answer my questions, he kept calling me names and telling me take medication??? Really????

I have been getting calls daily from this number. When I call the local Sherriff's Department they tell me there is no warrant. LIES LIES LIES

This call from 678 710 8252 came in today, a woman's voice threatening that fraudulent activities on my account and the last digits of my social security # was mentioned in the message.  I have blocked the call, however I  think we should all join forces and form a class-action suit. Please make any suggestions.  This sort of harrassment must stop nowThank you

I just received a call from this number stating they were going to swear out an arrest for me for not making good on a check for Netloan USA they have all my information and I have never applied for a loan from this company as a matter of fact they are not legal in the state of WV.
