Keeps calling, states name is Elizabeth Walker Fraud division. Incessant.

Did they say they were going to have you arrested in 24 hrs

This person I referred to the Federal gov.

Called was a woman who answered was Elizabeth Walker.  I asked who she was calling when she left her msg.  The person she was looking for had the last name Wilson.  She said she would remove my number when I said, there was no such person with that name.

This number called me threatening me with 2 felony charges on a loan that supposedly was taken out 14 months ago in a account that I closed 4 yrs ago it's a scam

They just called me and stated I'm going to be arrested and I owe a federal loan company

This number has dialed my cell twice in the paat 2 months, stating there are pending charges. The recording ask to press 1 to speak to a live agent.Once you push 1 an agent comes on verifying first and last name along with last 4 off social. I was asked to hold while she recovered my case for charges pending out of Hillsborough County. I was on hold over 3 minutes, I disconnected the call. It seems to be a scam.

Caller from Fraud Investigating------scam    haven't been to Atlanta in years

Has called me 3 times in the past 5 days. Left a message stating her name is Elizabeth Walker with the Fraud Division. She said she has a case in her office that has been submitted against me and that she needs to hear from either myself or my attorney of record immediately today at 678-802-8412

Called me and said Im going to be locked up for fraud and didnt even say for what.

So this is the second time that I've gotten a call from this Elizabeth Walker stating the same thing that I should contact her as soon as possible haven't responded and I will not seems like a scam or someone try to get money from me

This number called me to tell me I had a pending case. Weird. All of the information they had about me was old and outdated. When I pressed for more information they  became belligerent, and insisted that I was going to be arrested within 24 hours if I did not pay them.  They wouldn't even give me the information about the case and started to scream at me when I would ask questions, they would not even place me on a do not call list. Scam.

I got the same call yesterday and said paper work was going to the county where I live and a warrent would be issured I called and ask for name of company who I owed the money to and they just kept hanging up the phone

Got a call from Christopher Lorens?  Left a message for me to call back, when I did they gave me my ssn and said I had a federal warrant out for my arrest in my current county and asked if I wanted to pay the restitution.  I am going to be submitting a police report, since I called back numerous times and either got hung up on or told my case was already transferred to my state!  Can we say FRAUD SCAM??

They called me and I didn't answer but they left a voice mail. Listened to it and it was some guy saying that there has been a complaint against me. FRAUD.

Yes it is. It's either debt collectors trying to locate someone or the  IRS scam. Either ignore it and block the number or report it. There are pages of posts on here  under different numbers with the same scam.

Okay thanks so much I was so scared I went in panic mode and was about to give them my card info until my mom stopped me! Told me it was a scam! How do u report the number

It's probably not worth bothering about because most of these scams emanate from abroad, usually from India, using computer spoofed numbers and fall outside Federal jurisdiction.  With this type of call the best thing to do is either buy a call blocker or ask you provider of they have this facility for your phone. To go to the FTC or the Atty general,s is a waste of time as there out with the country. The rule of thumb with these calls is---- ----IF you don't owe it....Don't pay it.
If you don't know it....Don't answer it .
Never ring back on the number they give you ,check online first. Not everyone is a scammer but use common sense and don't panic.

Got call from Elizabeth Walker stating I have a pending case against me and that I need to call her back immediately.  Pathetic attempt at a fraud.  Seems like criminals in 2015 should be better than this.
