This company keeps calling automated with some message about a collections company and yo call back and any attempt to ignore the message is claim that they are calling the right person when I am not the person they are looking for. The message however said I could choose option 1 yo take care of it, so I did. I got some woman and explain I was receiving the automated system repeatedly and needed my number removed. She asked what my number was, than asked if I was the person they were calling for and I said no and just as she was hanging up  she said well I guess we're gonna have to prepare a warrent then, and hung up?
Like a collection company for one has the right to harrass someone for something and then have the right to say they're gonna get a warrent, I mean wth, why isn't anyone doing anything about these companies

Just received another voice mail from this company. Called back and asked them for the fourth time to please stop calling me.  Very rude and threatening people. I don't want to imagine how they treat the people they are really looking for.  What a disgraceful company. Please be careful when dealing with this company.

This company is a scam that won't stop with endless calls. My experience is horrifying when they contact me knowing I am not in debt and how they got my contact information. The people who call are very threatening, rude and have no people skills at all!!.

This is the nth time I've asked to be taken off the list of this collection agency, informing them I'm not the person they're looking for. A rude person said my number doesn't show up when she checked which means it's already been deleted. When I asked why I'm still receiving the same calls asking for this person, I was told that it's probably still on their automated call list, then said, "there's nothing I can do about that" and hung up!!!!  Something ought to be done by such harassing agencies!

I just received a call from them today about collecting a debt from someone I don't even know.
I called them back and got a voicemail.  Then left them a message that I filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for malicious activity.  I suggest anyone who receives this call do the same.  After searching a bit I found that this company has been harassing innocent people for a long time.  And, in some cases, even threatened them.  THIS HAS TO STOP.

This company is a masked location..for other things..they are located at 2150 northwest parkway se suite a Marietta GA 30067.the name pinnacle asset management belongs to another company. The owner is Rod Ball his email is rod.ball@rmcpam.com his assistant in crime is Amanda spears her cell is 404 263 8481 there is Elijah king his cell is 347 687 3032 Bonnie Smith 404 563 1377 Felicia white 404 772 6277 this is a team of scammers.....Dont pay them if u did charge it back..they use people ..this is a federal organization working illegaly... Call the attorney general the news etc..

They would ask for a woman name with my last name, so when I caller to tell them that there were no women living here. She asked if I were Brian         and she said " well your name and number was givedn as a reference."

I have received harassing calls from this number.  i don't have a debt.  A lady by the name of Lisa is associated with this number.  

I was called by this number.  It was some thing a bought debit collection but I  don't think I have a debt card.

Repeatedly receiving calls from this number...they are rude...they are calling me at work & on my cell.

Heeheehee... They just called me from 678-809-1964  -I just answered with a YES!!!!! clicked thru to #1 and got a ladie on the phone.... Asked her her name.. then her last name....got em both.... hahaha... and I already had the number.... she asked me to hold till she associated my number with a name that she was looking for. I waited and she asked for a name that I never heard of... so that is when I went into my speeeelll. hehehehehe.. Told her that she had just called the Detective division of the New York Police Dept! LOLOL... and that we have reports that SHE was scamming people...  told her that the FBI have already been informed and that we were onto her and her company... you could hear her gulp.. she said that she was with a reputable company and I said yeah Pennicle.. Told her we knew all about her company.. she told me to go online and see how good her company was... Told her that we were already investigating and that there are more complaints online about her company trying to scam people than what we could count... Then I told her that I now have her number AND her name and can proceed with out task... SHE TOLD ME TO SHUT UP AND HUNG UP!!!!! LOLOL  just helping out here!

Received an automated call (one of many) from 678-809-1964.  They claimed they I had a case that must be reviewed and that I must call immediately.
