This company called my mother-in-law's home stating the same thing....They are an investigating firm. I work in law enforcement I will not call them back. I owe nothing.

i got a call from this lady saying that i got a loan on the net and that i owe them money.i agreed to pay them but i need to receive a letter b4 i agreed to pay them anything guess what no letter no money

I feel its a scam. I never been to GA. Never will go to GA. So pretty much until they can tell me who i owe they can shove it up there ass.

These [***] have called my home asking questions about me.  Who runs this popsicle shop?  I don't owe nobody nothing in GA.

I'm not sure who this is, but they say they have a legal case against me.  I have not pending cases on my credit or any where else.  I wish they would stop calling me.  They have went a low and calling my Landlord and telling her its regarding a legal case against me.  That is so inappropriate.  I thought The Fair Debt Credit and Collections Act prevents this.  Giving information regarding debt collection to anyone other than the debtor.

Clled my husband and I for our 29 yr old daughter saying a "Legal Matter against our daughter concerning Credit Card Fraud".  Daughter never heard of them.  Telling them NOT to call again or MY HARRASSMENT LAWSUIT starts at $5 Million.

Have received calls from a couple of different people asking my wife to call this number in regards to potential check fraud. My wife knows of nothing that would initiate this, her credit report is clean. The calls started last year, lasted for a couple of weeks, and then stopped. At one point we both spoke to someone who never clearly explained what it was about, used a lot of legal jargon in a very intimidating manner, and no matter how many times we explained we didn't understand what she was saying, she would say the exact same thing and act like we were idiots for not understanding what she meant. We asked her to mail us details of the case/account, and she refused. That was the end of that. Now, they've started again. It was someone claiming to be Tim Parker (called from a dallas number) with G & A services, asking her to call 678-809-2209. I looked up G&A Services, and there is a website with that company name and phone number, but so far that's the only thing that has the illusion of legitimacy in this whole ordeal. Considering how anyone can make a website that says anything, I'm still skeptical.

got call from Los Angeles area number and wanted return call to Georgia number, Tim Parker trying to leave a "scary" message in his f'king montone voice. This is nothing but a scam and I'm sure they get about 50% of the idiots to fall for it but they have been calling on different fake numbers for 2 or 3 months always saying they have a case going to court etc etc and its fraud. I guess with this economy they can get anyone for $8 an hour to read a scary script over the phone. LOFL

These people are liers and will say anything they feel like.They will break the law as well. If you owe a cash advance place in Ohio they are not alound to call family or friends.They can not harass you or say they can get you with criminal charges.They can NOT!!! Even if you bounce a check!! It is NOT fraud!! They will say it is ,its NOT!!! All they can do is file a civil case... Read up on yr state laws,dont let these people scare or push u around!! Get a lawyer too!!!

I am so irritated with this Company, they keep calling me at work and leaving messages , they even called my HR Dept. I called them back and spoke to a Mr.White, I could barely understand a word he said, so then he says you can talk to our Prosecutor and he puts some lady on didn't catch her name, but she tells me that I can settle the whole thing if I pay them $430.00 , I asked her for what, she just rambled on about check fraud and I kept asking who did I write a check to and for how much and when if she sent me all this info and could prove that I actually did this , then I would pay,  she said she would e-mail me the information I told her I needed it to take to my Lawyer , well what I rec'd in my e-mail was a compliance letter saying I would pay the $430,00 , I sent an e-mail back telling them that is not what we talked about that AGAIN I need all the information on the check they say I wrote and owe, we'll  see if they send anything.

got a call from them stating it was a criminal  investgation, felony fraud for paayday loans, this was for my daughter,

3-8-11 three hang ups maybe from this number, on 3-9-11 first call a one hang up, then second and third call a male caller, same message repeated - C or J Dole, looking for Patricia Jackson Office G.E. Services #678-809-2209 ext.5977 case # 1DC109210 wants reply soon before information records will be turned over to Montgomery County!   online search showed: Marietta,Ga. County: Cobb

I am being harrased by a gentleman who claims his name is Marshall Thomas.  He says he works for GNA located somewhere near Atlanta.  He refuses to give an address or an e-mail address.  He is threatening me about a  debt that was paid in full years ago.  I have documentation to support the payment. I am not obligated by law to give this information to another collector to keep them from harrasing me.  I asked for an address so I could appropriately address this issue,  however he is unwilling to give me a location or P. O. Box. He offerred me a fax option, which is against the law.  I can't send them a cease and desist letter because they will not provide an address where this can be done.  I am reporting this the to Texas Attorney General.

I have been getting a phone call stating I owe money for a loan that has already been paid. The number that Dan Power has been calling me from is 678-680-7437.
