Recieved a note today from the receptionest at my job stating that a Ron Collins called from United Legal Investigation Investing dept. and stated that theye were goning to take legal action against my employer(wich i know is bull)i beleave this is related to a series of hurassing calls i recieved from a "united processing" and "united processers". theye also attempted to call stating theye were the police from RI wich i know is bull again. theye used the name of an officer that was killed in a line of duty death in the 90's in new york.. that was the only officer by that name i could find on the internet.. i know these people are full of crap and i don't put up with it.. besides when i told them to send me written proof of the debt theye never sent me anything so theye never got any money...

I just looked on the net for these guys, no such company.

I received a message on my answer machine from united legal investigations stating I had been turned into there company to file charges against me and they would be coming to my house "get me" or to my job.  I could not find the company on the internet nor could I call the number back that was left.  This is a crap call and I'll keep you posted.

I had the same call left on my answering machine stating they were going to come and arrest me ant my home or job ..And good luck! I called the number back and it just told me to leave a message.If it was something liek that it would be a real person or say the name of the company and it did not say either..He said his name was Ron

Just got a person from this number and they asked my name and for my SS Number when I told them I did not give that out unless I knew why he said that he was contacting police to have me arrested and I asked him for what reason he hung up on me!! I think they are just trying to get your SS Number for some reason

We got the same thing, call back...  he called us bad names and hung up.  We are filing police reports and the phone number that is viop and owned by ox communication's... so you can call and report the activities to the phone company.

i have also got a call from same number this all things is legal so plz call them they have my ssn nos, my add, and my other information and hepl me to resolve this matter

i got the samething and they called back and he stated that he wanted to have sex with my 14 month old daughter. i have called the FBI, local law enforcement, secret service, homeland security, FTC, and my attorney general and they cant help me. if i find him im goin to hang him by his nuts. i am a country boy and i dont mess around.

I received these calls all this week!  Said his name is Leo Rogers - and one of the "Supervisors" told me to go to hell!  because I could not understand a word he said.  They told me that if I didn't may over $1000.00 by 1:00 the same day that I would be arrested at my job the same day.  I have been in touch with an attorney regarding this - I too will get them and report them to anyone possible!!!

Someone with an Indian accent claiming to be "Officer Stuart" with an Irish last name called asking for one employee, and was told by the operator she was not in and left a message. Then called back and started hitting on several female employees, commenting on their "sexy voices" and asking for their cell phone numbers. In the following days Stuart called back asking for those employees again, commenting on their sexy voices and wanting cell phone numbers. When confronted, "Stuart" proceeded to get nasty, yelling and screaming and threatening a law suit. The owner of the business reported the caller to local police.

Someone with an Indian accent claiming to be "Officer Stuart".  He said there were 3 allegations against me.  He also stated that if I wanted to settled out-of-court we could.  I asked what was the company.  He said "BMT" and would not give me the words spelled out nor would he give me any information he had from this company.

I just received a call from this number which went to voicemail. The message is from a man with a thick accent claiming to be "Officer Stuart McGill" indicating there were 3 felony allegations against me and that I would be arrested. When I returned the call it went to voicemail but the voicemail was full.

I received a call from a gentleman with a very strong middle eastern accent who called himself Adam Smith and said he was calling from the "Department of Financial Crimes" and that I had committed a crime and that I had better call him back or else. I of course did not call him back and now he is calling me non-stop! When I do not answer or hit the ignore button on my cell phone, he just keeps calling! I called the local Sheriff's Department and they are investigating it at this time.

got a call from the number 408-693-3158 he has said that his name is Jack martin, and today his name is Richard. Richard told me to call him back on his hotline 410-807-4506. He has a foreign accent, and tells me that I am up on all kinds of charges and if i dont call him he wishes me good luck. These  are all scams from pay day loan operations. They try to scare you into giving them money. They will claim that they are going to arrest you and bring you up on charges. First it is illegal for them to even say this over the phone. Dont give them any info, even though they have all of yours. Beware they will not stop, they will call your place of employment and tell your boss that you are going to arrested, they will change their numbers and change names. I speak first hand to all of this. I have reported them to every law enforcement agency out there. Please be very careful...

I got calls from them as well starting on April 3, 2009. The latest one was today, April 13, 2009. Numbers they are using now are: 952-992-6315 and 646-289-8297. When they called this morning, I let them know that I knew it was a scam. The person promptly hung up. I have reported this to my state's Attorney General and to the FTC.

I have recieved two calls from two different numbers threatning me saying they was filing a lawsuit against me and if I wanted to settle out of court I can by paying them $632 for a PDL I did not pay. I told them to send proof and I have not recieved on letter yet. Here are the numbers 321+445-4136 Ork\landa Florida and 732-759-3216 Manchester NJ. If anyone has heard from these people let us know because the word needs to get out. Its amazing how they can get our last four or complete ss#. Then they have Indian accents with American names. I can barely understand them. They need to be stopped Lets harrass them and pretend to be something we not. If it was important I would have recieved a certified letter by now. Its been a month
