I received a call around 11:46 AM...it was Nicole Kelly (wow this girl is busy & I feel bad she needs to work for SCAM Artistist)  Said Hi this is Nicole I'm calling about a fraud claim where you were accused of depositing a check...I'm like what...she then said you have a fraud claim for writing a bad check...well the last time I checked deposting money and writing a check are 2 different things (she also had my name) I allowed her the opportunity to read off her piece of paper (typical telemarketer or biscam artist) but I interupted her several time asking tons of questions, Check #, amount, who it was made out to (surprisingly she had a name, but of course it is a place that only accepts Cash, I called them to verify, its a Tailor)  She was frustrated she cldn't finish her speach, she asked if I wanted to speak to her Supervisor, I said yes I do. So of course Mr. big himself comes on the line, I listened and started asking him lots of questions as well .after he realized I was a little smarter than him he said ma'am we are not calling to collect the money we are an investigating service we were hired by the company you wrote the check out to find you.  Well, I haven't moved since I moved from my parents home. I asked him how much the check was he stumpled with words and said mmm  well $180.00, but of course he tells me they don't have the check. Now if I were writing a check to the tailor for $180 I'd buy a new pair of pants or dress. Really! I wouldn't get it tailored.. What a Dumb A**  sorry, but this is a huge scam.  He tells me he is going to send out a warrant, I proceeded to ask him which County, of course he had no clue..I said really you don't have a clue..another thing is why would any company seek this so called "Investigative Service" when they can go to the court house themselves..Also, did I say this Company is in GA and I live in PA...and this guy is going to put a warrant out for me.  GOOD LUCK!!...I told him to do whatever he has to do and hung up on him. My father is an attorney, he alerted the State Attorney and the State Prosecutor and gave them this number to File a Complaint.  Also, the judge is my dad's friend and he said a third party can't submit a warrant the party you wrote the check out to can.  Remember me saying the Company they supposingly said I wrote the bad check to does not even accept checks...so I know I never wrote a check out to this company or even have a bad check to anybody!!!  Okay, . when and if you write a bad check the system works like this,...1st the company will notify you, 2nd it will follow up with a letter asking for payment via cash or money order or some type of certified monies..If you don't respond it will then take the 2nd step which would be take the bad check to the prosecutors office in the county you live in and go from there.  they are not going to pay an outsider to collect money on a check..why would they a prosecutor is alot cheaper.  Oh yes and by the way did I also tell you that the tailor I supposingly wrote the bad check to told me that they don't accept checks and if they did she would have called me since she calls me when my clothes are done being tailored to pick them up. This is a HUGH SCAM....  I have to say stuff like this freaks me out...of course I'm single and just trying to keep my head above water..with the economy the way it is...and I'm doing a great job doing so...but come on anybody will do anything to RIP INNOCENT PEOPLE OFF!!    You SCAM ARTIST need to get a JOB...

The individuals we are hired to locate and perform due diligence on are normally aware of the incidents that we investigate. It is extremely unfortunate that people will use any excuse to avoid dealing with the consequences of their actions.

Received a call from Regina Smith of County Investigative Services.  She asked me to return her call regarding a "due process" investigation in which I am "the accused".  I called back and was connected to Scott Anderson because Regina was not at her desk. He put me on hold for a long time to grab the report off Regina's desk.  He asked for the last four digits of my phone number.  He was very vague, and didn't really clarify what kind of case was being investigated.  This is definitely a scam!  Beware and warn others!

Was contacted by Matt Carlilse at this number. Other numbers for this company are 678-974-1977 and 678-974-1606. The things they say to you regarding a warrant is illegal, if they contact your friends and family and say that it is also illegal.  This company is misrepresenting itself. If you are contacted call the Federal Trade Commission and file a complaint. It is illegal for them to tell you they will issue a warrant. I was told point blank by their company that they don't care if they say things that are illegal, they are gonna say whatever they have to. The FTC number is 877-382-4357 to file the complaint

I received a message and called them back within an hour. They said the person that called me is not with the company any more! Really? Reported it to my local police, to FTC and AG. Misrepresentation is punishable by law, so is abuse and all other low life techniques. I told the person never to call me again. The criminal that I spoke to told me never to call them again and hung up on me. A little later another person calls and asks for me to call them back. (set up!) I don't know how they got my name and they are not giving a reason for call. It is called abuse.
FTC has file on this group and wants me to call them again and update the complain every time they contact me. They called me with threats 5 times within an hour at work. I saved all messages and will file a suit in court for braking the law. An attorney wants to file class action suit. ($1000 fine for braking the law.)
