Called me and left message that I had until 4PM to call them back at their law office to make a statement or they were going to turn it over to Cook County. Also said that they had issued some kind of legal papers according to federal law against me. Very threating message. Said they were from the Law office of HBC

Got a call today was not at my desk Ms. Bolton ask to to speak to my suerivsor whom she got smart with and hung up on. I got in trouble with my job about personal calls. She sais is was calling from a investogator office. I called he back but i did not get an answer. Bill collectors should not be allowed to call your work place

SCAM! I have taken complaints of "MS BOLTON" calling and saying she was from a law firm in Georgia and victims sister was in court, and for "only" $1500 they could help her sister. Big problem is, victim did not have a sister, so she did not fall for the scam.

They called and said my mother stole or wrote a bad check to some bank and they would have a warrant out for her if I did not have her call them back.  They new her address and mine and what county we live in.  And that she was in her 70's.

This woman is a scam artist but not a very good one.  I have no idea how she got my number but she has been calling me repeatedly and harrasing me.  She always call me by a name that is not my own and when I tell her she has the wrong number she says "I know who you are because this is what I do for a living!"  She keeps calling me and claiming that I am lying to her about not being this person she is calling for and she always refers to some vague issue she says that I am in "big trouble for" but she never really substiantiates what it is she is calling about.  She just talks 90 miles a minute, repeatedly restating the same ridiculous and incorrect information (the name of the person she claims I am and an address she says she knows that I live at, which is an address I've never heard of before.)  I am not sure what her game is but it's not good.  I am going to fill out a police report today and try to get a subpeona to get the phone company to disclose who pays for the number she is calling from so that I can press charges against her.  I am guessing that she is using a spoof number but I will at least try to find her.  Don't let her rip you off if she calls you because she will surely try.  She uses scare tactics so beware, don't let her rattle you and be firm.
