DO NOT answer "Yes" to any question these guys ask you.  IT IS A SCAM!!!  You are being recorded so they can manipulate you saying the word "YES" to alter their recording so that you agree to a $499 advertising contract (This recently happened to my grandmother who owns a small business).

I own a small business and get calls from these morons about every 3 months or so.  The last call I received was today.  When Shawn finished his introduction, I told him that by Texas law I must notify him that I was recording our conversation.  He said "FU#K YOU" and hung up.

Same thing.  YES it is a scam.  Same number identifying himself as "Robert".  They called themselves "their own company" I asked what is the company name she said after typing on her Keyboard  "yellow local directory".  He identified himself as with "Yellow Pages"

These peple will even call you back to get you to agree!!

We got a call this morning. We told them we were not going to pay for a service we don't use. The guy used the name Tyler. He said he needed to send me to the confermation line. He did when the line ask me about the bill , I told him I wasn't going to pay and the phone went dead. Then Tyler calls back and tells me if I tell the other line I wasn't going to pay it would hang up and go back to him. We went through this for an hour. I told Tyler I couldn't call him back due to number not being good,plus I wasn't going to pay the bill he was going to send me, so do what you have to do.

Yes, a scam.  I was told the boss gave me the authority to cancel 4 wks ago but he hasn't been here all winter.  I was also offered to have payment made over the phone and would receive a discount if I paid w/ a credit card today.  I said I'm not paying anything without seeing a contract.  I was given names and transfered 2x only to be disconnected when I asked questions.  Currently, I have received 5 calls all today including 2 disconnects.  I was told that my 2009 ad was free but now (in March of 2011!?) I'm receiving a bill with my cancellation.  I asked for the contract, etc...and have yet to have another call...this has been a waste of my morning.
