I keep getting calls from this number on my cell phone.  They never leave messages.  Caller ID says number is from Texas.

They just called me for my husband and told me I needed to call a different number and I called it and they said they can't talk to me but they gave me a fake case number and were talking about delivering papers.. The numbers apparently from Texas I live in Alaska

I got a call.  Left no mesg.  Same number called my sister about important papers for me.  I told my sister to block the number, because I have.nothing of the sort going on!

They been calling me several time form this number.

Some lady called spoke very fast asking my name and that she was a notifier. Didn't have any information and that I had to call 855 633 3603. And a case number beginning with 14z. And I was being served with summons paper the next day. If not to settle out of court and make a monthly payment , the lady even mentioned some reference names which I've never heard of. The number that appeared on my cell number was 6823052544.

called me demanding i set up a payment arrangement over the phone or they will serve me w/ a judgement. i requested a bill be sent out, like all creditors & debt collectors do. this is probably another scam. she got an attitude & said "they don't send out any bills. they sent me a bill 7 years ago. i will be served a judgement letter "3/4 between 9am - 4pm." wasn't served. received a call from 786-345-1587. the reverse look up shows comments of a fake fbi agent calling people. he didn't leave me a voicemail. i tried calling back. received a caller not answering message

If you receive a call from 682-305-2544, it is a burn phone. This is  scam, Do not give them any information. Call your local police or FBI and report the incident. A lady contacted me on my home phone and were also calling me on my work phone last year, saying they had papers to serve for some debt and company, but would not tell me who. They also butchered my name. Tell them they have the wrong person and you are calling the police.

Keep receiving calls from 682-305-2544-texas.  Dont know what it is about and I won't call them back because there are so many call back scams.  Just wanted to report.  Caller doesn't leave a message as well.

This number keeps calling my home number saying they need to reach my ex husband, his girlfriend, his brother, his mom and also calling me asking for me by my married name which has been changed since about 6 or 7 years ago and they are saying they have to have an address to deliver papers to my home for all of us I believe it's a scam and I want it to stop NOW!!!!

These people continue to call me but have given me false case numbers.

Bogus call saying I am being sued by a company but will not give me any info on the case. Asked for amount owed and they couldn't tell me that either.

They keep calling looking for a Peggy McGee.  I have told them that I have not seen or heard from her in over fifteen years.  The last caller refused to let me speak with a supervisor.  They will not even identify the company the work for.  They will not remove me from their data base, hoping that they will find her one day.  They want to send a process server out to serve papers.  I guess I should let them, then I can have the server arrested for being an accomplice or at least get the name of the company..

Low life scum debt collectors using FAKED / SPOOFED CALLER ID so that YOU CAN'T REPORT THEM.

HERE IS THE STRONG ARM TACTICS THEY USE TO GET YOU TO GIVE UP INFO ABOUT YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS.

1st,they do a skip trace and find ALL of your relatives,

NEXT, they call relatives and tell them that there is a legal case pending, and that if they don't get a hold of your relative, they will have the case heard against them and will be in a lot of trouble.

NOTE: you can't hold a court case without a person if you don't properly serve then.  HENCE by you giving them your relatives info, you will help them harrass that person further.  They aren't going to court because that is too time consuming, but harrassing your relative and ALL OF THEIR RELATIVES ocollect an old dept purchased for pennies on the dollar is way more efficient for them.

WHAT TO DO -

Ask them for all of THEIR INFO.  Company Name, company phone number case number person they want to contact... etc.

If they haven't hung up by now....

Then tell them, they have a wrong number, what they are doing is HARASSMENT and thanks to some idiot that called last week you have a lawyer working to end this HARASSMENT and you would like to COLLECT A LOT OF MONEY FROM THEM, so if they ignore your request to NEVER BE CALLED BY THEM AGAIN, you will be happy to collect money FOR EVERY CALL THEY MAKE TO YOU.

person called mynumber and also spoke fast and would not hang u, so I hung up.  who are thee people.

They keep harassing my daughter for $ saying her deceased dad owes. They want to serve me papers but never show up.  They claim he owes $ for a visa he never had.  He's ben dead for years n they want us to pay.  What a bunch of sick stupid people.
